They are quick to respond and very helpful.
Answers received back seem genuine and informed.
I never feel I am jumping through technical support hoops as staff do not follow a support script that starts at the lowest level and requires repeated information.

I always appreciate the emails with tips, tricks, videos and professional development. The tool is often changing for the better and it's good to stay in the loop. I have also been pleased with the tech support from Texthelp when needed. However, we rarely need tech support for the product. Our sales rep has helped us renew our license multiple times!

Any time I have ever had a question or issue with Read&Write and have contacted support they have been quick to respond. In addition, they have always been knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond to get an answer and provide support. In addition, their website and Youtube channel are amazing resources for anything from the basics to more advaced features.

The support team has always responded to any contact quickly and followed up on any ongoing concerns in a timely fashion. They are always willing to problem solve. If they can not resolve your concern, they always ensure ideas are flagged to the development crew.

The team is very responsive and provides extra resources that have been helpful. I also get quick responses when I email the team and follow-ups are helpful. There are often reminder emails with videos and other supports are that are great to share with staff. I also appreciate the attention to addressing real student needs.

We support team is typically pretty good. However, after the initial conversations via email or video chat, the changes in the software that are needed are fairly slow to be implemented.
