We embarked on a full revamp of our job openings in order to make the language in the descriptions more inclusive, and eventually improve the Diversity & Inclusion of our team. Textio was extremely effective at identifying potentially inadequate words, which allowed us to very quickly browse through the descriptions, identify potential issues and reword.
