The visuals are great and the flexibility it provides is a key factor for our organization to use the tool. Also, usability in general is easy and it helps a lot to be more agile in our organization. In some reviews, we have been able to remove slide preparation. Also sharing and reporting data experience have improved. Still, the is room for improvement and some features like filtering can be more user-friendly.

I gave it a 7 because I think that overall, it's a good product, but there are things that can be done to improve and really bring it to another level. Simple things like directories to store reports in, more report types, getting rid of the constant red banners all over the site etc.

Thoughtspot is very easy to use, and it is designed with data democracy in mind - meaning even non - tech users can get up to speed with the tool fairly quickly and create visualizations on their data using NLP querying.
The UI and fuctionalities have also been kept quite simple.

There are a few things that can be improved.
For now you still need some support to get started. Would be nice to see a product that's so easy to use, that you can get started without any help. Maybe also include a tutorial to get people started even quicker.

I think there is potential but I/We are not ready to extract it from my experience. We do have one colleague that is leaps and bounds above the rest of us but he is generally hamstrung with the business problem not aligning with the data set available.

It is easy to use and most things are pretty intuitive. I haven't had to refer to the guides or CS team as the platform does the job. It isn't perfect though, some things are a little clunky when compared to other solutions, but nothing major.

I am giving this rating as I feel overall it is user-friendly but adding some more features like filter by clicking on visuals, also dashboards providing pop-up alerts if certain data point exceeds a threshold will all be good points for business users.
