TIBCO provided us a lot of support during the design phase in order to guide us to do right choice and avoid bad design pattern. Then during the implementation a few hours to validate some choice or to make some tricky troubleshooting. We have been guide very well by TIBCO support !

They reviewed the logs I gave them, took over as temp admins, and resolved my issue fairly quickly. The point is that the log reviews are quick and easy to share/review. Would be great if it were a bit more automated so I wouldn't have to send logs through the case and the agents could just see

I had problems moving a solution between organizations. I was called (they considered my local time) and solved it whithin minutes. The migration from Scribe to Tibco cloud was done within minutes also and without any real issues. The support is really superiour.

We always had key architects and managers from TIBCO involved as part of the implementation to guide on any issue faced. They were able to directly connect with product team for quick resolution of any critical issues faced.

Tibco give a great support during the migration of the Environments to another region, required to have the BW applications deployed closely to the region where Tibco Mashery was deployed.

The few times I have contacted TIBCO Scribe for support, the technicians have always been helpful and quick to respond. I have have never had issues so far where the support was not exceptional.

They leverage on platforms to handle adequate traceability of cases.
They request enough information to be able to deal with the case in an efficient efficient way.
Attention always handle excellent customer service.


Unfortunately, the use in TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration has been using the FREE platform since in Colombia we do not have clintes for this reason we have not required to use the support. In the case of TIBCO BW 5 and 6 it has been excellent.

My most recent ticket was one such situation. It initially was picked up by a first level support engineer but because of holidays it was put on hold. Then "out of the blue" a French second level support engineer took over the case and we had a screen sharing session to have look to our on premise agent installation. There he immediately a possible cause for the issue we had, and he was spot on.
He was an extremely friendly person who really helped me out at that time and resolved my case in a very short time. I was very pleased with the way this case was handled.

Overall, support from TIBCO is good. The latest releases of version 5 are very stable so no real big issues encountered there. Currently we're in the process of implementing solutions with Container Edition (BWCE). Also no big issues encountered yet.

There is this time I needed to add two machines in different subnets to the same domain.I struggled for hours and then I raised a ticket with tibco support.The support guy created a conference call and I joined and we started troubleshooting the issue and noted that the reason I could not add the machine in a different subnet was because the rvd processes in both machines could not communicate.He sent me the settings to apply and on applying the same,I was able to have the 2 machines in the same domain within half an hour of concluding the support call

In a few cases the incident was so complex that TIBCO made engineering contact with us so they could review the source code of their product to find out why there was an error, finally solved!

We was migrating, for the first time, for an our customer from 5.* to 6.
We had many problems due difference between adapter (DB, SAP) and plug-in, but tibco support solve different issue very fast.
Support was fundamental in that migration

The TIBCO support team always available 24 x 7 for supporting our main business. Sometimes they also come onsite to assist the big projects and unresolved problems. So, with this confidence level, we are satisfied with the overall support from the TIBCO team. Especially their dedicated person and PIC for our company.

We lodged a support ticket to receive support on configuring a process to work with a specific data source that was not usually done out of the box. We received a reply from the support team within 24 hours and they were very helpful in gathering our requirements and guiding us through the process in an easy way.

I am happy when Tibco provided the custom palettes for SFTP activities and that was a big help for us. I am very happy with the product and overall support. There is a good enough information on best practices, support docs and guidelines. I noticed continuous updates to the versions and patches.
