It would not change much, there are few platforms that give the potential of Cloud Integration where to focus a business architecture on an iPAAS model with cultural challenges but, with the benefits provided by Cloud Integration, it is easy to overcome them with the promise of value. Always make sure you know what data you are transferring between systems. Compare everything for compatibility. DO NOT RUSH. It's better to take extra time making sure your configurations and integrations are compatible and functional. Surprises will probably happen, but you can minimize the impact by doing a lot of heavy lifting with your data up front.

We started using Tibco Cloud Integration (more specifically Scribe) on the proposal of our partner that assisted us in the migration from Siebel CRM to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM at the time. And since then we also did the exercise to map our application landscape and enterprise architecture. So we probably would check if we can consolidate on one integration solution to do the kind of work that Tibco Scribe does, which in the end could be to stick to Scribe or move to another solution we might already have.
