  • Before Tipalti we would do weekly payment runs, which meant paying some invoices up to a week early. Now being able to automatically pay each invoice on its due date has had a significant positive impact on our cash each month
  • The time saved on invoice entry, approvals and payment processing is significant and allows our staff to add value to the business in other areas

  • We have saved significant time on vendor onboarding and elimination of duplicate vendors. This in turn has made our SOX process more robust.
  • A/P team has been freed up from chasing down requesters to receipt and then manually matching . Significant time savings, which has allowed the team to focus on higher value add activities
  • Unfortunately, we did not really get traction on 1099 reporting and had to rely on NetSuite

  • Vendor onboarding has taken the responsibility from one person to the Vendor directly. This provides the vendor with the ability to enter their own banking information for payments and upload their Federal W9 form.
  • Vendors can upload their own invoices to the system, taking the possibility that our AP team did not receive an emailed or mailed invoice to upload. This also increases payment efficiency as the vendor's invoice is processed in a more timely manner.
  • AP can review invoices for accuracy and concentrate on how to code an invoice, rather than be a paper pusher or a data entry clerk. AP doesn't spend time searching for invoices that might be a duplicate, the system will communicate this on the software review process and if AP has uploaded by email the same invoice multiple times, an email will be sent to AP to indicate that the invoice was not uploaded due to duplication.

  • It has save the time a lot time by improving the efficiency of the AP process especially given that we process around 200 invoices a month
  • It has helped with foreign currency transactions by automatically making the conversations and processing those payments
  • Because they can process many different types of payments like ACH, wire transfers, and checks and serves as a one stop shop for processing AP
