- Before Tipalti we would do weekly payment runs, which meant paying some invoices up to a week early. Now being able to automatically pay each invoice on its due date has had a significant positive impact on our cash each month
- The time saved on invoice entry, approvals and payment processing is significant and allows our staff to add value to the business in other areas

Tipalti - rock solid P2P solution
- We have saved significant time on vendor onboarding and elimination of duplicate vendors. This in turn has made our SOX process more robust.
- A/P team has been freed up from chasing down requesters to receipt and then manually matching . Significant time savings, which has allowed the team to focus on higher value add activities
- Unfortunately, we did not really get traction on 1099 reporting and had to rely on NetSuite

Just do it.....just choose Tipalti, you will be glad you did !
- in my Corporate Controller capacity, I have total visibility of all invoices within the organization
- total staff time spent on the AP process will decrease easily 75% or more
- I have a small staff. Even during PTO of my staff member, I can do necessary AP items, start to finish, in minutes, 100% remotely

- The ability for vendor owners to create vendors under Procurement has greatly improved how we manage vendors and reduced the time wasted in collecting information.

What Tipalti can and cannot do for your company
- Tipalti manages the payment process well
- Tipalti support is very responsive and communicative
- Tipalti is relatively quick at syncing with our ERP with minimal errors
- Our Tipalti account manager is very attentive and responsive to our concerns and communicates often
- Vendor onboarding is relatively easy for our vendors and we have received little negative feedback from them
- Tipalti is well suited for securing both company and vendor data a
- Our company experiences frequent slowness with loading pages
- Recently we have experienced certain actions failing, such as placing invoices on Hold Payment,
- Tipalti has no separate search engine - you can only filter data by pages to try to locate what you are looking for
- Vendors have experienced failures adding required signatures to the W9 they load, which requires our company to manually add the W9 tax information
- The invoice scan does not always recognize what is not an invoice so we receive too many non-invoices that we have to delete, and ultimately pay for
- sometimes product updates create new sync errors

Tipalti ACH transfer is awesome!
- This solution did not save money but did save time and allows to process payments quickly for our clients. Offers more security in obtaining banking information to allows us to do an ACH instead of a check.
- Executing global payments with ease - We are now able to pay our Brazilian vendors
- Reduction in time spent on the purchase to pay cycle, thus being able to reduce headcount
- Accuracy with our payable records

- Time saved across all aspect of our operation - routing, approver and payer
- Increased transparency and comfort that nothing has fallen through the cracks
- Improved connection to ERP system - some aspects are not automatable (QBO with multiple entities)...but certainly has improved time taken by accountants and hence reduced cost (not quantified)

Pleased with decision to switch
- Vendor onboarding has taken the responsibility from one person to the Vendor directly. This provides the vendor with the ability to enter their own banking information for payments and upload their Federal W9 form.
- Vendors can upload their own invoices to the system, taking the possibility that our AP team did not receive an emailed or mailed invoice to upload. This also increases payment efficiency as the vendor's invoice is processed in a more timely manner.
- AP can review invoices for accuracy and concentrate on how to code an invoice, rather than be a paper pusher or a data entry clerk. AP doesn't spend time searching for invoices that might be a duplicate, the system will communicate this on the software review process and if AP has uploaded by email the same invoice multiple times, an email will be sent to AP to indicate that the invoice was not uploaded due to duplication.

My Experience with Tipalti
- It has save the time a lot time by improving the efficiency of the AP process especially given that we process around 200 invoices a month
- It has helped with foreign currency transactions by automatically making the conversations and processing those payments
