Church Management Software

We use Touchpoint as our Church Management database system which provides the following functions: people management, group management, communication via email, and contribution processing. We have a weekly attendance of approximately 1000 on site and another 800 online in a church with a membership of about 3,000. We have 50 full-time employees and most of these employees have access to and use Touchpoint to facilitate communicating with groups of people as well as managing registrations for retreats and events. The tool provides a helpful access point to also manage the Session ( our governing board) and the various supporting committees that roll up to and report regularly to the Session.

Connects well with online merchant processors for ACH and Credit card gifts
Integrates well with our accounting software (Sage Intacct)
Retreat and event management that require fees is also very robust.

The onboarding/training process was not as smooth as it could have been.
As new features roll-out, sometimes the communication is not as clear as it could be.

Touchpoint's value has been in the ability of staff and lay leaders to be able to connect with and manage others.
