We are currently using Tradeshift as a one-time use credit card for issues that arise at the location, and the vendor has not been set up with terms. This helps with building issues or emergent issues where the vendor is looking for payment prior to placing the order.
  • Allows a approval process to ensure directors are aware of the issue and expense.
  • Allows uploading of receipts to have everything in one spot.
  • Allows multiple users access and tracking availability.
  • Would like to transfer the receipts into our Accounting Software.
Trade shift works well if you have a building issue and the repair company demands payment at the time of service.

Our company is a mid-sized Management Service Organization (MSO) focused on Dental Practices. We currently have about 70 offices and are quickly expanding our reach into new markets every month. Tradeshift GO, has helped our locations with all of their supply needs in a fast and efficient manner. Tradeshift Go, also allows for new insights, and a different approach for approvals and spend analysis. Currently the only issue we have with Tradeshift Go, is that we wished it had a full integration with our ERP system, and that we had it set up slightly different upon adaption.

Tradeshift Go is a great product for companies who wish they could give corporate cards to the mass, without having to give a physical card due to risk. We are able to provide all of our office the convivence of having a corporate card without actually giving them a physical card that can be stolen, or misused. Each transaction must be approved and you can have full control over each aspect.

I like how Nexonia integrates with our ERP, and this is probably the largest issue I have with Tradeshift. From a user standpoint I really love Tradeshift and the ease of use it provides to our employee base, however from an accounting perspective having to move the data to another system creates delays for us getting it in. Also due to this integration issue, the ability to upload receipts into Tradeshift is essentially null, due to the fact we need the receipts in our ERP system for the support.
