Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Tradogram for all of our purchasing that requires a PO or any level of receiving at our dock. For the manufacturing aspect of our business, we need to have these structures in place so that we can effectively manufacture our products on time and according to plan. We also have a significant portion of our business that is non-PO related. We started to use Tradogram to track non-PO invoicing as well, but found that the system was not well suited for such transactions.

The product was priced very well as we made the transition from a homegrown internal system.
The need to pay to customize the system to do what we need it to do has been cumbersome.
The API connection back to our ERP system has not been optimal and has required us to engage with outside parties to assure that it is working properly.
