Ideal for a startup

Save time and money with Traffic
- We use Deltek TrafficLive in an in-house studio environment, so we don't use all of its features. However, we couldn't function as efficiently without it.

TrafficLIVE - perfect for managing timesheets
- We have been able to quote much more accurately for jobs based on full information about previous jobs.
- We can ensure that no jobs get 'lost' or details forgotten when people are on leave/out of office, as its all in the system.
- It's very easy to refer back to previous jobs and correspondence with customers when speaking to them about new projects.

Choosing TrafficLIVE
- Much more clarity as to how much time each different type of brief should take to complete as we can back reference as to how long it took last season.
- It has lead to better customer service. We can visibly demonstrate where we are with jobs and who has been assigned. In the past verbally confirming the different stages did not always convince the project leaders that they were being given the actual real time.
- From the Studio users point of view it has empowered them to manage their time more efficiently. If they receive a request to move onto another job their calendars can be reviewed to see if they are available or not.
- Increased employee efficiency - often takes less time to create a quote because you can start with a template.
- More accurate estimates through use of templates. Less chance of missing a critical task from the estimate. By being able to go back and review similar job performance, you can improve your estimates on your new quote.
- You know where you are on every single job going through the business!
- Having data on every job has helps us to make smart decisions again and again. This has had a huge impact on job profitability.
