What is Cyfe?

Cyfe allows users to take data from favorite sources and blend it into real-time metrics dashboards. With it, users can create sales dashboards, marketing dashboards, and business dashboards. Cyfe allows users to pull data from 100+ pre-configured sources, or pull in data via customized widgets or google sheets.

It can be used to visualize KPIs for everyone in an organization and make sure that that teams are hitting their goals, fixing performance issues, and staying motivated.

Specifically designed for agencies, the White Label plan allows users to track metrics that matter to clients, highlight branding, and even advertise other services.

Cyfe is being used for tracking Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Pay Per Click (PPC) effectiveness. It is being used by the sales and marketing departments. It addresses performance tracking and market feedback.

  • Easy to Use - intuitive and does not require training
  • Freemium - great try before you buy with a few free modules to start
  • Additional demonstration/instruction for use of custom widgets
  • Video screencast instruction is always helpful
  • Additional 3rd party partners for widgets are always welcome

Browser access limits security to only user/pass.

Number of widgets: if lower, the free trial is optimal.

Provide in advance widgets by category, which Cyfe does an excellent job in its Add Widget window.

Because it is not a client application, ensure selection includes this variable.

Support is not as elaborate as others, but is an acceptable trade off for how intuitive the interface and settings are.

The Salesforce dashboard is comparably flexible and intuitive, but designed more to its internal CRM focus. SumAll shares the social media dashboard capabilities, but lacks all others. Its interesting feature is side-by-side graph analysis for cross-channel performance. Cyfe might borrow from SumAll's default weekly email summary of performance from the dashboard, but implementation could be too complex. Nuvi dashboard is exclusively for social media marketing, but lacks Cyfe's flexibility for third party integration and window customization settings.

Since initial trial, not only am I sold, but the rest of the company is sold on Cyfe as well. We look forward to expanded partners and capabilities. Our smaller firm does not have the need for multiple users as of yet, but growth is coming and the ability to scale with Cyfe is exciting.

We use Cyfe daily to provide intelligent, robust dashboards throughout our organization and for our clients. With multiple companies under our brand it is important that we are able to measure, view and manage our daily data. Cyfe allows us to keep the "pulse" of the organization without paying insane fees or unreasonable "add ons". Cyfe allows us to provide custom dashboards to our customers. This keeps them in the loop and allows us to cut down on providing "reports" to them now that they can see data in real time.

This is a great product for any data nerd, social marketer, Basecamp lover or someone who just wants to have their finger on the pulse of their organization. Cyfe makes a perfect addition to our social marketing team as they can provide each client with a custom dashboard showing all the latest information and analytics. If you love data, metrics and thrive on knowing the hearbeat of your business then this is the tool for you.

Alternatives Considered
Domo was vastly overpriced compared Cyfe and it was far less friendly to use and get used to. I was able to jump right in with Cyfe and get the data I wanted setup right away. When I had a question I was able to get an immediate response directly from Deven without hesitation. Best part, Cyfe also allows free accounts/trials so you can get your hands on it and try it out. Domo did not and I don't purchase or trust things I can't get my hands on directly.

I look forward to watching Cyfe grow and I am confident that this product will be an "essential" tool in every business owners toolbox, regardless of their size. I am excited to see what additional data sources they can integrate and to watch them grow with next generation tools and data.

Cyfe is used primarily by our executive team and marketing teams currently. We plan to expand our usage to our sales and even collections team in the next 14 days as well. Due to the large variety of data sources the options are pretty much endless. Once you get the hang of it you can pretty much make it do whatever you can dream up.

Anyone with basic web skills can fully support Cyfe without issues. For some data sources it is best to have decent Excel skills to ensure proper formatting of data sources.

Cyfe is a 15 minutes implementation, then some time to get your data sources created. This is an easy one person job that will not result in down time or unnecessary wasted man hours.

Because I had a very minor question and I was able to speak directly to the founder through LinkedIn and through email. I know that as they grow this may not always be an option but the fact that he made himself available to answer my questions said a lot about his passion for the product.
Exceptional Examples of Cyfe Support
From the very beginning. As soon as I signed up I was sent an invitation to connect on LinkedIn and an offer to answer any questions I might have. Almost immediately I had a question, because I wasn't doing something right. I was able to connect with the founder through LinkedIn who immediately followed up with me through my personal email and corrected the issue.
