What is Trakstar Hire?
Trakstar Hire (formerly RecruiterBox) is a cloud-based ATS boasting a suite of features: a centralized candidate database, batch or mass communication with potential candidates via multiple channels such as email or by leveraging its integration with social networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn), instantaneous posting to multiple job boards, a customizable career page, resume parsing and bulk uploading, and customizable applications including questionnaires. Feedback sharing is facilitated by allowing recruitment team members to share info with each other on the candidate page post-interview. Database is kept clear of duplicate entries by scanning and flagging email addresses that appear in multiple entries, adding to the user-friendliness of the centralized database.

- More efficiency for our global hiring team

A fantastic ATS option for small/midsize businesses who are ready to get their recruiting act together!
- It has decreased our time-to-hire
- It's helped standardize interviews
- It's helped create a better and more consistent candidate experience
- The reporting feature has been very useful in tracking effective candidate sources
- By automatically managing the recruitment process, the tool frees up the working time of different employees, which is reflected in efficiency and performance in the working day.
- The use of Recruiterbox allowed us to generate fewer expenses in paperwork or recruitment systems, which is specifically noticeable in accounting.
- There has not been a high enough return on investment from Recruiterbox to know if the results shown during recruitment have been adequate.
- Recruiterbox represents an improvement in our ROI of 3, and was previously at 2, which equates to 100% more profit for the company. It is still low, but may eventually increase.

Recruiterbox: Intuitive and necessary for organized recruiting
- Improved employee retention: We've seen our employee retention increase significantly over time. While a lot of this has to do with internal benefits improvements, we can also point towards our organization within Recruiterbox as helping us vet the very best of the best.
- Internship satisfaction: We have 3 internships every quarter, and we've seen internship satisfaction increase over time.

Fantastic ATS, but more basic compared to others.
- More organized tracking of our candidates. Better data on past candidates.
- Easy to learn and easy to train hiring managers on. Less time spent training.
- Better communication with hiring managers on if the candidate was a fit.
- Trouble getting a hold of candidates. Poor candidate response.

RecruiterBox for Collaboration and Simplification
- Huge time saver to screen candidates.
- Allows for collaboration during the hiring process.
- Huge improvement in productivity (we were previously using spreadsheets) and professionalism.
- Standardised approach - it's easy to monitor what the team is doing and correct the process.
- Ensuring communication to all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Smartly Designed, Dead Simple Recruiting Platform. For the win.
- Increased efficiency. Huge timesaver (the organization's hiring managers were previously managing interviews mostly via email).
- Positive and (slightly negative) culture shock. Slightly negative means there were just a couple of early hiccups before everyone understood how to use it. For example, having an internal discussion about the candidate was possible (there was an internal notes section in the web portal just for this purpose) but because of the very uniform appearance of the layout on the candidate page, if you're not paying attention, it can be easily confused with the candidate thread--and thus lead to a misfire. No bueno. The positive side of this is that it inspired greater adherence to process.
- It boosted the quality of the candidate experience. It's certainly a credibility booster when you have (and use!) a tool that helps you to be more responsive and orderly in how you engage talent. It's important to honor the candidate's time as well.
