It's used across the organization to provide network security. If I'm ever downloading something at work that is malicious, McAfee will stop the download to prevent any malicious or harmful software from being downloaded on my computer. Furthermore, if I visit a site that may be potentially harmful to my computer, McAfee will block access to the site. When you're in a position that deals with sensitive data and information it's really important to have software that adequately protects you from malicious attacks, sites, and programs.
