PRO: all companies that need an antispam, antivirus. It should not be activated if it is not possible to deactivate the anti-spam provided by the provider. you have to check the in/out of the mail a few days to verify false positives and manage the rules.
CONS: It is too expensive for small companies, it's better to use services offered by the mail provider.

It would not be well suited in a smaller environment that has more of a handle of these type of issues.

It does not matter whether the service you receive mail from is local exchange, cloud Microsoft Office 365 or any other email service provider.In your domain management, you forward your MX records to the Inbound Servers area in the Domain interface of Trend Micro Email Security itself. And all your incoming emails go through Trend Micro Email Security first.In the same way, you open the outbound servers side and the protection starts.
