The implementation was great, everyone was helpful. As time progresses you are more directed to the customer service portal for issues. The chat is not great due to it timing out. The call center is better for quick support but you don't always get the quick response or result.

Above it says to skip question if not involved in the process but it will not allow me to skip it as it states explanation requitred thus making this process extremely frustrating.

I did not personally deal with the implementation. However, my colleague did and mentioned it was not difficult just very tedious - however many implementation processes are like that.

The system used to be much less user-friendly when they were called Ambrose. As of the last couple years, it's gotten to a point where the site is very user-friendly, so it's definitely much easier to use the site and all new employees don't need a lot of time to get familiar with the site.
