- The general platform on the employee side is simple with the pie charts
- I don't like how another window opens for certain things like Reports and Payroll
- When I enter PTO, I would like to see the balance after I in put the PTO taken. RIght now if someone has 10 hours PTO, and I remove 6, there is a little number that shows up below it that still says 10. I would like it to minus out the amount that I just put in, so you can see how much PTO they really have left.
- I don't like how I can't delete an employee that never started. I've had to do this twice and they both show up in the system even though they have never come into work nor have I paid them anything
- I would also like the billing from Trinet to be a bit more transparent. I'm not getting a detailed invoice on YOUR charges.

- Employees didn't complete their 19 on time, creating issues when payroll needed to be processed for the first time with Trinet.
- For some odd reason they entered the start date wrong creating major issues with paying for the right pay period.
- Not all parts of their website when we processed payroll for the first time, therefore needed to be on a call for a long time.

- I love the reports. They are so easy to find and are so well formatted.
- Processing payroll is a breeze.
- Adding new employees is very clear cut
- When adding employees it takes time until it comes up on the payroll dashboard.
- Sometime i can have trouble opening the payroll grid.
- you need to log in pretty often.
