Tri(Net) Before You Buy!
- Negative - no performance/engagement functionality.
- Negative - no org charting/directory/onboarding/headcount planning functionality.
- Negative - data integrity issues re: insufficient reporting + data storage tools.
- Positive - hands free payroll + benefits administration.
- TriNet has been our HR Department and we couldn't have done it without them!

Navigating HR complexities with an PEO
- The most precious commodity to me as a business owner is time. TriNet has freed up significant time for us that we can now focus on clients.
- In past life benefits enrollment is a dreaded time because of the sheer human resources needed to field questions, etc. With TriNet that has been a turnkey process with no extra time needed from me or any other team members to manage.

- Most of our employees work remotely over multiple states, TriNet has helped us stay compliant with state laws for every one of our employees.

In My Opinion Frustrating Customer Service With Error-Prone Software
- I believe I was shorted almost $1000 because in my experience I had to submit an expense in USD and it was paid in CAD without applying any conversion rate.
