  • HR and payroll compliance has been a huge asset to us through TriNet
  • We use a fraction of the time that similar companies use to handle and process time and attendance as well as payroll and benefits.
  • Employee access to their data as well as assistance programs is a great perk.
  • Allows us to spend more time growing our company and investing in staff.
  • Cost of the services is very economical.

  • They handle all the difficult/complicated parts of HR. That way we only have 1 person with a little HR experience handling the basic stuff.
  • They make payroll easy. No time is wasted here and there are few to no errors in payroll which saves us time and money.

  • Trinet has definitely helps with time spent on administrative tasks. I spend a lot less time having Trinet then if I did not have them.
  • Payroll is the best so I do not have to do this function either.

  • I thought my accountant would not spend as much time on payroll and HR once we transitioned, however now she spends a lot of time following up on things.
  • We still have to update our handbook, TriNet's is very generic.
  • Most of our employee's view TriNet as a necessary evil.

  • Has improved payroll accuracy, including timely info to employees
  • Has enabled us to offer top-notch health plan options
  • Has enabled us to provide retirement benefits despite in-house lack of expertise in this area
  • Allows our employees access to expert advice & support related to health coverage and retirement planning
  • Offers employees a wider variety of perks beyond standard benefits, which improves our ability to hire and retain the best talent
  • Negative: There is a price for all of these advantages. JustWorks would have been less expensive.
  • Negative: Qwil is a terrible solution for managing independent contractors, so it is necessary for us to take care of this outside of TriNet.

  • We have used TriNet to help us stay compliant.
  • Until we were able to adjust TriNet's pay period dates to ours, we had to do more work to calculate certain changes for payroll. It has been fixed now.
  • TriNet offers some free webinars to address new legislations or issues.
