TriNet's systems are super user friendly and straight forward. They give you a step by step for basically everything you could need to do on both the employer and employee side. Their reporting/analytics could be a bit easier to use, but I believe they have been working towards improving that particular feature.

The platform is not always as intuitive as it seems like it could be and the training can be a bit difficult to locate. Each dashboard upgrade makes things a bit better and the addition of the Wing is improving the experience. Please continue adding learning materials and quick links to that format!

The usability is generally understandable once I navigated several times through. Some elements seem housed in non-intuitive areas and some of the resources and trainings could be easier to locate to be able to be utilized better (or recorded for accessibility).

Most of the system is pretty easy to use, though that doesn't mean it works well. In my experience, the reports and analytics have poor usability. I think the new learning platform has poor usability. In my experience, processing payroll is a huge challenge.

There have ben a lot of problems with getting the portal to function the way we need it to. It still isn't there, and we have had to accept some less-than-ideal issues.

From other payroll companies' platforms, I have used, Trinet is user-friendly. It is easy to learn by oneself without assistance. If you have a question or need assistance they will help. For the most part, no assistance is needed with using their platform. I would recommend this to most people.

Dark mode is buggy. From an admin perspective, usability is great. Employees and end-users have far more complaints. Time off (sick time) is currently negative for everyone on our payrolls and has been for about a month. The dashboard can be unintuitive, like clicking Time Off and then having to click another link before you see time off data.

There is some very easy functionality. But, I am used to having a sandbox to play in. I am used to having more access than Trinet allows you to have, and I find the performance tool cumbersome, difficult to navigate and difficult for my managers and employees to use.

We find the platform is overly complicated and not user friendly. The layout isn't always clear in my opinion. Any time we've tried to use the tools available to get answers, they never work, and customer service is unlikely able to assist us.

The TriNet platform is incredibly user-friendly. I did not get any training when I jumped into my role with my current company. Our TriNet platform was already developed and utilized for years, but there were also so many things that were done incorrectly. Thanks to the simplicity of TriNet's platform, I was able to come in and clean up many of these problems without needed much assistance.

I think the basic dashboard is relatively intuitive for both admins and employees. We have had a couple new employees be confused about how to enroll in benefits on their first day, but I did work with customer service to help them figure it out. The biggest reason I did not rate a 9 or 10 is because of the reporting and workforce analytics not being very user friendly.

The platform is easy to use once you get use to it. I had a hard time finding the correct reports to journalize each pay, but with the online chat's help I was able to get the answers and the system is straight forward for me after using it for a few years.
