TrueDialog allows us to communicate effectively at scale. With thousands of consumers, a day speed is important and their service is above and beyond anyone else's. The web interface was just newly designed and lightning-quick, and their short link generator is amazing for sending SMS messages. John the CEO reaches out and will address any questions.

Message media's support was non-existent. They are from Australia so you call long distance and there only seems to be 2-3 people working for the company now.
