I am giving TrustRadius for Buyers a rating of 8/10 because it is very easy to locate or search for a review of software or product. Other than that, the user interface of TrustRadius for Buyers is really beautiful. I feel there is space for some improvements like the UI in "for vendors" section and the marketing and hence deducted two points out of 10.

I would highly recommend TrustRadius to someone who is researching a new product or software they need for their business. There is all the information a new customer would need such as reviews, videos, and other similar products, and everything is presented in a clean look. The page of a product does not look distracting or cluttered with unnecessary information. For someone who is looking for information about a new product, the TrustRadius page includes pricing and or fees associated with it. Overall, it is hard to not recommend TrustRadius to any business owner who is in need of researching a new product.

I will recommend it because TrustRadius is very easy to search for reviews, and they are real comments from real people. I do trust TrustRadius as I put several comments on this website, it has a detailed review system to measure the products precisely. Our company is using TR to search for product purchasing.

I think that TrustRadius is a great software, it very much helps with organizations making decisions on software solutions that can make their organization better. I think a few ease of use and management features could be added on the reviewer side, but it’s all pretty minor stuff in my opinion.

The details of reviews really help us to choose what is really appropriate and what are the trending products now. Each review has been found to be very natural and applicable to the recent market trend.

The reasons previously mentioned - TrustRadius has all the options I would be looking at in one place, and the reviews tend to be comprehensive. The only downsides are that sometimes the reviews are for use cases different from mine.

TrustRadius is a single-stop shop to quickly get information on any software and establish its common use cases, and even more importantly establish if the claims made in marketing promotions are legitimate in the first place. TrustRadius, as the name signifies, is out there to create trust with reviews received and vetted from a trusted community of product users.

It's a trusted review website. It has all of the required functionality you need to find multiple verified and honest reviews and it's very helpful in making these decisions. You can trust that their reviews can be relied upon. It's only not a 10 as there is some missing software that you would not expect from a website of this nature. But as it fills the gap it's very useful.

Generally speaking, the reviews on TrustRadius for Buyers are consistent, high quality, and reliable. The only point that makes me and others in my company question the transparency of some reviews is that reviewers are sometimes provided with tangible incentives to write reviews. Otherwise, we rely on TrustRadius for Buyers as one of the KPIs when evaluating a product to add to our tech stack or replace an existing one.

Reviews by professionals and the applicability to the possible issues or solutions to fit work environments. Experiences firsthand by the reviewers help a lot during the reviews and selection of the products. What works too is that you can check further with the reviewer's background to understand the role and closeness to the solution.

This is by far the best online software review platform compared to other platforms. There are 100% trusted verified users and quality reviews. No ads, no promotions, no bias. Reviews are written by real people and are verified. TrustRadius is a great place to find real user reviews of software. It's a great resource for individual users and entrepreneurs too.
