As per the positives, very helpful as a first step on the route to making a decision - it gives you the ballpark sentiment regarding the solution.
TrustRadius just feels more trustworthy, and has higher quality reviews compared to other alternatives. This is why I feel more confident using it as the first step, the basis for doing comparisons and making a choice.
No, I did not use these. They seem disconnected from reality most of the time, and much more focused on enterprise-ish systems and plans, which are great at times, but not in our case.
We look at pricing, scalability of pricing in the short and long term, the various means and methods for receiving support and support for teams, transparency.

Fairly easy to navigate and understand, sometimes it is a bit hard to extract the valuable inputs from the non-valuable ones, and to find the specific review point that you'd want.
