I also evaluated other softwares and products like the google mail, yahoo mail, hotmail, etc..But Microsoft Outlook was included in the 365 package and hence I ended up using it. The main reason of sticking with outlook is the user experience that the software provides and how smooth it works.

For meetings, we bought Microsoft Teams, but we were considering Skype, which didn't meet our expectations. We needed software that wouldn't be delayed when many people attend meetings which Microsoft Teams served our expectations. For data storage, we had considered buying Docs, but we settled on the available Google Drive.

As this is the time for cloud technologies, we were also planning the data migration from old storage devices to the cloud, mostly AWS FSx and S3. Since the cloud can get very expensive if proper planning is not done, we were looking for a solution that can perform data analytics and data migration to make sure only the data that is actively being used is migrated to the cloud and most important to the right tier. So in order to achieve this, we did POC for Starfish, Igneous, NetApp Cloud Sync, and Komprise. Afterward, we selected Komprise and Cloud SYNC as the best product which served our requirements.

We considered using Google Charts but decided to stick with Power BI due to its robustness and most users being familiar with it. However, we looked at other reviews in TrustRadius to weigh our decision on which software to use. Our company uses Sage Intacct to organize and maintain product orders for the many clinics in our organization. It has been of great help in maintaining supplies across every clinic and having the appropriate payments made.

As the pandemic began, our company started to work from home and approve remotely. We tried Microsoft Teams with Adobe acrobat pdf to review and approve, but it didn't go well because we have a bunch of stuff to deal with. Then our company turned to Ziflow, it's very straightforward to use, and making notes and approving are much easier.

Paycom which is the payroll provider we use also had this software for their suite. Indeed has a similar platform that we evaluated. We found JazzHR offerings to be considerable better than the competition. It helps out to have the level of communication between the large hiring force we have.

We were already contracted to Chorus for our Conversation Intelligence Platform, mainly for our Sales organization and when the contract renewal was nearing its deadline, we were evaluating Chorus and Gong and we opted for Gong eventually. TrustRadius was one of several B2B Technology review platforms that we checked out.

We evaluated Lotus 123, Microsoft Office 98.2000, 2003 etc. Microsoft 365 gives complete solution for Office work. It has advanced options like converting word, excel, ppt to PDfs. It also is faster and smarter. We also get to choose new templates in PowerPoint and Word. Overall it's a very handy tool.

We are also evaluating ServiceNow and have discussion with the vendor on the walkthrough. At this moment, IT team ITSM and ServiceDesk requirement, we are proceeding with Freshservice for basic ticketing tracking. We may explore for other products if there's more requirement from the IT team and other business functions, so that we will have single platform to cater the business needs.

In our buying process, we have to make a comparison chart for at least three different products. In our recent purchase for Data Protection, we have considered Commvault, Veeam, and Veritas as preferred OEMs. We have done various Demos and POC to understand the product features and their stability.

I considered an in=house custom-built solution for managing calendar invitations. However, reading reviews on TrustRadius for Calendly made it clear that the same functionality may be purchased easily rather than building in-house from scratch. The other in-house option that I considered involved the Calendar API available via Google Calendar for Developers.

We looked at FullStory as well since we already used it but in a lower-tier account. Our contract with FullStory was up for renewal which prompted us to explore alternate solutions as we're in the process of a total rewrite of our frontend and backend. This opportunity to evaluate the existing solution against competitive platforms was a good exercise for our team.

LogDNA, ElasticStack, Fluent, Sumo Logic, and Loggy are some of the recommended alternatives compared and considered for the purchase. Their features, pros, and cons are considered as well as the time to implement and the skillsets needed to implement and operate the solutions for the teams and keep the system updated. Costs are the final factor.

I have worked with and tested many project management platforms, including Clickup, Ora, Monday, and others, but I keep coming back to Asana. In a software category where tools can easily feel overwhelming and bloated, Asana has crafted an experience that is easy to navigate and simple to implement. In addition, they provide a wide range of educational resources to help you gain a deeper understanding of the product.

We considered other well-known antivirus and web protection solutions, such as Eset Nod32, Kaspersky, AVG, Norton, and Avast, but ended up buying McAfee's unlimited device plan for one year. We were eligible for a great deal because of recent hardware purchases, that we couldn't reject. Value/features/performance ratio was very important to use, and this time McAfee gave more value. We'll revisit this question once our one-year plan ends. Till then, looking forward to using McAfee on all our devices.

We needed an additional plugin to help support both email tracking and contact management and lead generation for Salesforce. We considered HubSpot and internal Salesforce CRM solutions, but ultimately ended up utilizing Groove based on recommendations from others in our space and TrustRadius reviews. Having insights from others who had utilized the product as well as competitor products was extremely valuable.
