TrustRadius has been an invaluable tool in helping PandaDoc be seen as an industry leader in our main categories. One of my main KPIs at PandaDoc is to generate reviews and tie those reviews back to pipeline generation. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped to also show our leadership in the space through various awards and badges that we have won over the years.

Cons
  • Did not like losing a dedicated success manager for the pool model
  • The email notifications for new reviews sometimes take a long time to come through
  • They got rid of the Most Loved award
Companies with long sales cycles or that deal with enterprise level customers who want to differentiate themselves from their competition. Want an easy way to gather reviews and surface customers who will be advocates.

We use TrustRadius as a trusted source for customer reviews of our RPA (Fortra' Automate) and WLA (Fortra's JAMS) solutions. We use these reviews as a resource to improve our products as well as share with potential customers what it's truly like to use our products. Our goal as a BU is to collect as many authentic and insightful real-user reviews as possible - TrustRadius really helps us with this iniaitive.

We are using TrustRadius to help with our review process and to keep a pulse on how our company is doing compared to our competitors. We also have implemented their reviews API on our website to help dynamically populate our reviews on our web pages to help with social proof.

The review process has its pros and cons. The review process is extensive and they ask a lot of great questions in the process. The reviews help us understand what we as a company are doing right and what we need to improve on. On the other hand since the review process is quite long we do see a lower conversion rate of reviews.

We use TrustRadius for Vendors to evaluate our customer sentiment and gather feedback on our products, differentiate ourselves from competitors, and hopefully in the future understand prospect behavior. Not only have the reviews helped us understand common themes of our successes and areas for improvement, but it has also helped us understand those of our competitors.

  • Detailed reviews that help us understand both pros and cons from the perspective of our customers
  • Awards and badges that add to credibility
Cons
  • Critically need more visibility and transparency into the algorithm and how reviews are weighted
  • Clearer guidelines on what reviews are considered biased and unbiased
  • Even higher standards for vetting reviewers
The level of support we've gotten from TrustRadius is where it earns an 8. I do think the badges are too easy to earn and there are so many categories that they lose a bit of weight when everyone has them. It would also be very nice if there were more information regarding ratings & reviews and how they are weighted toward the overall rating.
