One time we had a problem regarding our categories and our comparison with other vendors, it was a very delicate and difficult matter to solve but the TrustRadius team jumped on a call with us and we quickly found a solution that made sense. The setup of the product page with emphasis on what I wanted customers to rate was done well. It was nice to know a person was spending the time to listen to what I had to say as against to me duplicating the product page

Everyday TrustRadius provides exception support for their product. It has been such a pleasure to work with their team because of this fact. A great example of this was when they worked with MindTouch to write our product report. When first developing the report, we changed the concept multiple times. TrustRadius provided MindTouch with so much patience as we worked on a new idea. The final write up turned into a huge asset our Sales team now uses when working with prospects.
