Impactful Assets From an Easy Process!
As mentioned earlier, I was responsible for sharing the TrustRadius Quote Finder web widget with my organization. To help me out, our TrustRadius contact recorded a step by step implementation video with a text guide that I could share, greatly reducing my workload and increasing the chances that the tool will actually be used by our team without difficulty.

Give Trust Radius a try. Great independent software review site. Easy to use! Very honest and transparent company.
Support has always been strong. Hard to think of any 'exceptional' one time moments, just good, consistent, regular support as always.
One time we had a problem regarding our categories and our comparison with other vendors, it was a very delicate and difficult matter to solve but the TrustRadius team jumped on a call with us and we quickly found a solution that made sense. They really listened our problem and viewed our point of view and they came up quickly with a great solution.

Let Your Customers Be The Advocates
Everyday TrustRadius provides exception support for their product. It has been such a pleasure to work with their team because of this fact. A great example of this was when they worked with MindTouch to write our product report. When first developing the report, we changed the concept multiple times. TrustRadius provided MindTouch with so much patience as we worked on a new idea. The final write up turned into a huge asset our Sales team now uses when working with prospects.
