If you are looking for the best customer support, and want to collect quality reviews from your clients TrustRadius for Vendors is the best option. If you want your products to be reviewed by real users, if you want the reviews to be relevant and authentic, TrustRadius is providing it. If you are really interested in what your clients think and how they use your product, what challenges they are facing this is the right platform to work with.

We work with very large and well-recognized brands who are not always able to participate in public customer advocacy activities. TrustRadius reviews are a great way to get our customers to provide honest feedback because TrustRadius is an independent vendor. I think customers are more receptive to rewards and incentives from an independent vendor rather than from us directly. If we were to offer rewards and incentives, they might feel more pressured to give only positive feedback and then may be less likely to provide a review at all.

Compete reports are the ideal tool for a vendor to verify the correctness of its messaging and promises for functionality. Where a vendor shall not use any negative messages of the competition, the honest comparison of users that have seen several vendor products counts a lot. Where we have used compete reports to gain independent insights into us versus competition it also stimulates us where we need to get better.

I would be likely to recommend TrustRadius for Vendors to a colleague. As I mentioned earlier, TrustRadius for Vendors offers a unique way of allowing us to ask clients questions that matter most to us. This is a huge differentiator for TrustRadius for Vendors and would be a major point of emphasis from me in my recommendation.

TrustRadius for Vendors is great for collecting product reviews, but it can often be a challenge trying to drive reviews to TrustRadius if your organization is also driving reviews to the other review sites like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights. It depends on the organization and which review site they want to prioritize. Overall, TrustRadius for Vendors is easy to use and is a pretty standard product review site. The team is great too and I prefer working with them over other 3rd party review site vendors, especially G2.

Our account team at TrustRadius is superb. They are an extension of our team provided strategic recommendations on how to truly make the most of our partnership. I really like the quality of the TrustRadius for Vendors user reviews. Together with the features the vendor offerings provide, I think it creates a powerful tool for marketers in B2B segment. There are some missing features in comparison with G2, for instance the Slack integration, but nothing really crucial for us. I really appreciate the quality of TrustRadius for Vendors support.

This is a great platform and is among the most popular/highly regarded in the B2B tech peer review space. Sometimes it is more difficult to garner reviews on this site, because the default review form is longer than competitors', but this also results in high-quality review content in comparison. We pay for subscriptions for several of our products and our team at TrustRadius is extremely accommodating. They go above and beyond and are always innovating new ways for us to grow our presence on the site. I also like their recognition program, as it makes it easy to demonstrate our success on the site to leadership and to our customers/prospects.

TrustRadius for Vendors is a good option for our customers to leave unbiased reviews of their experience. It's a solid solution for brand and reputation management among in-market buyers. We have not yet been able to use TrustRadius as a verifiable lead generation source, but we're hopeful to see this improve soon.

TrustRadius for Vendors is great for a B2B SAAS company, where either you’re in a highly competitive market or you’re brand is not very well known, and it’s something completely new that you’re offering. Reviews can give you both the edge when buyers are doing their research over the competition, and you can even use the reviews in presentations to create uncertainty and doubt about the competition.
