The team is very supportive and answers to our questions, they are very receptive to our proposals and open for innovation. The support is really great, we have a regular meetings scheduled where our AE is very helpful in supporting our marketing activities and getting more user reviews. We are also well informed about any news regarding the TrustRadius for Vendors awards and new features. Whenever there was any issue, it was quickly solved thanks to proactive approach.

Our CSM is incredibly organized, every meeting has a clear agenda, and she promptly sends us overview meetings with actionable items after- she’s really good at circling back to items I may have forgotten about, so I never have to worry. She is a joy to work with! Our account manager from TrustRadius is also always in our meetings as well, so it's great to have multiple points of contact at the business + different viewpoints.

Riley is always the first to respond when I email all the review CSMs for the review platforms we use, including G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and Capeterra, and that doesn't go unnoticed. He is also very positive and doesn’t feel like he’s trying to sell me anything. He listens and makes good suggestions about how TrustRadius can help.
