TrustRadius has been very beneficial to help me increase our pool of customer advocates. In order for us to keep up with our rising demands for references, quotes, feedback, etc, and also be respectful of our customers' time and ability to participate in advocacy activities, we need to keep growing our base of advocates. Having a steady stream of reviews coming in has really helped with that. Having a large number of customer quotes to work with, especially quotes that compare us to our competitors has been especially helpful. I'm able to provide good information to our sales teams that they can share with prospective customers, often avoiding the need to reach out to our base of customer advocates for their assistance.

The periodic CSM contact moments help in staying on track of goals to increase the amount of reviews and to do more with given insights. TrustRadius was also the first review platform on which we started to publicly thank and respond to the reviews. For one because the platform offers proper possibilities to do so (other platforms are less equipped for this or more difficult). They also provide guidance and best practices for this.

At this point it has not but that has nothing to do with TrustRadius- it's more to do with the amount of activities my team is managing with regard to customer activities. Online reviews are not currently a KPI that we measure.

We have KPIs for collecting customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies, and the reviews on TrustRadius help us identify which companies might be well suited for case studies. We also use the quotes on the web site. We are incorporating testimonials on many of our trial submission form pages as well, which has increased conversion on those pages.

To be blunt, TrustRadius helped to legitimize the Customer Marketing team's existence and put them on a path to greater attribution and visibility at Cision. TrustRadius is now part of the required checklist in our campaign planning to ensure success. Cision is a global organization and our regions are all asking us during our budget and planning cycle how they can get someone from TrustRadius helping them.

Still too early for me to tell, but that is mostly a function of the length of sales cycles in our industry. Overall, the ability to get long, comprehensive reviews from customers will benefit us in the long run as it will give our sales team strong collateral to use in the buying process.
