I was due an upgrade after having ran into issues with a previous upgrade. They basically had about 5 people on a support call for the next upgrade to ensure my next one went smooth. Turbonomic's support has always been great.

I had a specific planning scenario that I could not get to complete. I contacted support and explained the scenario that I wanted to simulate. They opened a Webex and we walked through the simulation together making sure that I understood the process and the results that were given.

My sales rep and I were on a 'catch up' call, and he noticed I was down level in my Turbo version... He immediately got someone scheduled to help me upgrade my software version at a time that was convenient for me. I was a little surprised honestly.

Yes, we needed to know how to automate changes to the memory or CPU config within our set maintenance periods. The support team showed us how to set this up and tested it with us. Brilliant support

We needed additional guidance when we were trying to spec out our system for a possible upgrade and they jumped on the phone with us right away to walk us through all of the analysis options available in the product, they helped us create a couple of test scenarios and followed up a couple of times after the support call to make sure everything had worked out as expected.

We needed assistance running reports. The reports were taking excruciatingly long time to run. We opened a case, and the issue was resolved almost momentarily. We were able to run our reports and give them to direct management within a day. It was a great experience even when there was a small issue with the software, it was handled immediately..

We had a time when an iscsi drive performed an unexpected restart and took down the entire system, when we finally got it back up VMTurbo wasn't functioning but support was able to get us back up and running quickly.

I had a particular request for a customised report. I asked the user forum to assist and one of the VMTurbo support team/developers responded within a few hours with a solution.

VMTurbo did not, at the time, support one of the storage arrays I am using. I reached out to support who put me in touch with their development team who worked with me and a couple other customers to build support for the array into the product. They are very open and willing to work on supporting new configurations.

I informed a customer experience manager about a strange issue I was having. He took time to personally set up my support ticket and then followed up to verify the support ticket was handled in a acceptable manner. Excellent customer service.
