Users find Tuskr to be a user-friendly and intuitive tool for managing and organizing their manual testing process. It offers a high level of detail and customization options, such as custom fields, test types, and statuses, allowing users to tailor the testing process to their specific needs. Tuskr's ability to easily add images and comments to complex test cases enhances the level of detail. Many organizations use Tuskr to implement and organize test runs for quality assurance before releasing updates to an online portal, providing a convenient repository of test runs for easy access. In addition, Tuskr integrates seamlessly with other tools like Github, JIRA, and Slack, enabling frictionless workflows. The user-friendly interface and easy navigation of Tuskr make it simple for users to create and maintain test cases. Moreover, the generous pricing plans offered by Tuskr compared to similar products make it an attractive option for effective test case management. With Tuskr, users can track work progress on current test runs and automate the creation of new JIRA bugs based on test results. This solves the problem of maintaining test cases by providing easy management, creation of test suites, and attachment of files. The dashboard module in Tuskr provides an overview of overall statistics of test cases from different projects, empowering informed decisions and actions based on organized and analyzed test data. Ultimately, Tuskr addresses various business problems and streamlines workflow in software development by facilitating task management, project organization, and team collaboration. It serves as a comprehensive solution for managing tasks, tracking project milestones, and fostering effective teamwork at a reasonable price point.

Custom Fields: Many users have found the custom fields feature to be extremely helpful for defining steps in every test case and grouping test cases, allowing for highly organized test runs and a streamlined testing process. This feature has been praised by multiple reviewers.

Seamless Navigation: The seamless navigation feature has received positive feedback from numerous reviewers. It makes it incredibly easy to navigate through particular tests, saving valuable time and greatly improving efficiency during the testing process.

Communication of Issues: Users have consistently highlighted the usefulness of the feature that allows for easy communication of issues through the app to team members. This functionality promotes effective collaboration among team members and ensures that any issues are promptly addressed.

Inconvenient Test Status Clearing: Many users have found it inconvenient that the status automatically clears when clicking into a specific test, requiring them to reselect the desired status. This repetitive action can disrupt their workflow and slow down their testing process.

Difficulty in Following Step-by-Step Order: Several reviewers have mentioned that they find it challenging to follow a step-by-step order when there are multiple QA steps due to the side-by-side structure of the table. The lack of clear visual cues or indicators for sequential execution makes it harder for users to maintain an organized and systematic approach.

Time-consuming Learning Process: A significant number of users have expressed frustration with the software's learning curve, finding it time-consuming to fully understand and utilize all its features. The complex interface and lack of intuitive guidance contribute to a steep learning curve, which can be overwhelming for new users trying to quickly grasp the functionalities.

Tuskr is the suitable product that I have used to run test cases. The cost of deployment and maintenance is efficient for both small and large scale business enterprises. Its very difficult to maintain test cases on Google Sheets as compared to Tuskr which has test suites and sections to organize the test cases. Also there are no test runs in Google Sheets to keep a track of the progress while testing.

So far I prefer Tuskr over TestRail. I haven't explored everything, but Tuskr seems more modern, and more refined. While there are still issues to be resolved, TestRail was expensive, and their payment philosophy left a lot to be desired.

Inexpensive providing same level of features. Covers all our necessary requirements in test management. Made my task easy in familiarising the test plan to my juniors. Simple to use UI is easy to understand and does not require much knowledge sharing. One of the best customer support always staying in touch with us.

Overall, I'd say that Tuskr has a much nicer interface than Jenkins, it does a great job to show your test results and additional information regarding it (errors, warnings, etc...). Even though it does take time to learn how to use the software, it is somewhat easier to learn compared to Jenkins and has a better interface from the get-go.
