Uber Eats "delivers" us extra revenue~
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
At Adi's Chinese Food we use Uber Eats to help solve our delivery problems. In the past year, we have found it very hard to keep delivery drivers or enough employees to make our deliveries ourselves so we rely on Uber Eats as a delivery source of our food to our customers. In addition, Uber Eats brings to us a lot of their customers looking for our type of food.

- Uber Eats does a great job delivering our food to our customers.

- Uber Eats has great customers service and a good ordering and delivery platform.
Cons
- If I could suggest an improvement on Uber Eats it would be to just separate the ready and print button on the tablet as when we are in a hurry we sometimes touch the wrong button creating minor problems.

- Uber Eats tablet is easy to use and they have good customer service.
Return on Investment
- Uber Eats has a good impact on our revenue by supplying drivers to get our food to our current customers and bringing us new customers.
- Although Uber Eats charges a large percent of our sales to our customers, they also bring us a good and needed service that we have a hard time supplying ourselves.
