RPA is now at the core of our operations and for us it is an easy and reliable way to speed up simple repetitive tasks, take pressure from more complex ones and formalize/standardize our service delivery.
- Orchestration of multiple processes (incl. prioritization, scheduling)
- Error tracking/logs
- Integration with other vendors (OCR)
- Studio is running quite slow for us
- It could produce its own documentation throughout the screens used
- We have trouble keeping and cleaning up our 200+ processes with all the new frameworks (Windows-Legacy -> Legacy, new Studio versions...)

I came across this tool during one of the most tedious moments in my career. The company is on the verge of major organization re-structuring, and like most start-ups, most of the data are in a spreadsheet, so when I have to lead account deactivation and or account deletion, it has to be done in a manual way, with few hundreds within the list, it is for sure a very time consuming with prone to mistake kind of job, after research and read from many forums, I decided to use this tool to execute the step by step (RPA Mode) and all our intentions were achieved in less than 2 hours, It was neat, quick and do what you ask it to do.

We used UiPath to automate some of the insurance processes within our department on Legacy platform, the basic idea behind using the UiPath RPA is to automate the day to day policy servicing processes. We have deployed the solution internally and it has greatly helped the team to streamline processes. We have used RPA to automate various claims and underwriting processes. It allows user to reduce the turn around time taken by business users for processing claims and underwriting which in tern reduce time to market meaning scrutiny of claims, underwriting, payouts etc. It is highly flexible tool as it can support a lot of data types and have a
lot of activities that work in the background.

Currently, I'm using the UiPath RPA tool community edition to understand and validate the fullest feature of the tool. As per my current use, I found the tool is really very helpful for building the Bots to mimic human repetitive tasks. And the orchestrator UI is simple and it delivers the full efficiency of creating credentials and assigning it to the users. Scheduling the bots option is also there.

- The implementation was easy and it offers a great community and customer service, it is a good product to work with and design a solution quickly, I liked the technologies that this tool offers, it greatly optimizes the way of working.
- Makes it easy to develop and automate some heavy and repetitive processes.
- It seems to me that the only negative is the license, which is a bit expensive, I hope that one day the prices will drop, although it is still worth it.

A powerful tool in making
We use it to automate repeat activities across organization. There are certain tasks that require us to consolidate data from different applications and report that into an excel sheet. Automating this has helped reduce FTA.
This is being used by a select few departments currently.
We are also in the process of assisting our customers in implementation of UIPath RPA for their automation needs. Supporting parsing of invoices, purchase orders and automating entry into SAP is one of our objective.

Simple, High-Performing and Perfect: that's UiPath.
Being a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, we use UiPath for RPO Automation and Data Extraction Solutions. Our Automation Department is using UiPath. In RPO processing, the recruiters' closures and submissions are much more efficiently completed. After implementing automation, our recruiters have more free time and hence closures and submissions have also increased. We are also using UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform [in a similar way] for data extraction solutions.
- The data scraping is precise and extracts data perfectly. We can easily format the data based on our requirements using Excel Automation.
- UiPathGo gives many customized activities such as chatbots and vision automation which helps in integrating applications with UiPath. No other tool is providing such facilities.
- The recording performance is marvelous. Particularly the desktop recording and web recording both work really well.
- It is difficult to extract data from Iframes, but it is still possible.
- It would be good to provide a Ubuntu version of UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform.

UiPath, the best way into RPA!
We are using the UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform to produce proofs-of-concept for clients showing UiPath as an integration tool between Oracle legacy systems. Also aiding form filling in said systems and in new cloud-based systems. We are also in the process of linking UiPath automation with machine learning and artificial intelligence to automate our in-house expenses. Only the Capgemini Oracle Platform as a Service team are using UiPath as of now (that I am aware of). The business problems it addresses are lack of integration tools between old Oracle Legacy software and new or third-party applications or platforms.
- Excellent low code environment, easy for beginners to pick up as well as experts in the field. Very intuitive and due to UiPath Studio being an application rather than a web-app, it is much quicker and more stable than other low code tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Brilliant online learning through UiPath academy, perfect for people who are new to either UiPath or RPA in general. Easy to listen to and very informative. Doesn't take ages to get through or to understand either.
- UiPath Go and third-party support help massively when creating automations as it is likely someone has done something similar already. So given that the automation is open-source, it is very easy to get going.
- Easy to use orchestrator allows for deploying robots with minimal stress, switching from DEV to PROD environments is very simple.
- Selecting variables for functions can be tricky for novices as there are no "recommended" variables and some are badly named and require googling, memorizing, and wasting time.
- It is expensive and for low-level automations there are cheaper or free alternatives.
- Adding extensions can cause issues, some do not install properly and sometimes pre-requisites are not listed.

Sophisticated robot for everyone
I am having a great experience with UiPath RPA. Nowadays it has become a famous tool
for dealing with image-based automation. It can be used so comfortably. The biggest plus is that it is incredibly easy to use. I highly
appreciate the way it gives me perfect reporting and also gives me clear-cut
ideas about the processes. It is immensely easy for monitoring the key
operations.
- If there is a need to share data mutually with other platforms then UiPath is the best tool. It makes me much [more] confident by giving me a full-fledged authority on data [...] for automating even complex or hard processes.
- The best thing about it is that it is very much user-friendly. Moreover, it can be easily adopted.

UiPath has been using throughout the organization. We started with IT department but now it spread across the department because it is very useful. Mostly we addressed accounting issues and jobs with UiPath because it is expert and easy to develop on SAP. Our robotics COE team who are looking for new opportunities and our business analyst are sharing the details with developers.

UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform is used to deliver RPA-based projects across my company. It has taken the business process automation at the next level. UiPath has many inbuilt commands, which makes automation simple, easy to learn, and deploy.
Excel Command, Screen Capture, OCR integration, support for multiple other applications, and NLP support have all helped novice people to gain momentum and earn a good reputation in IT development. I developed a hiring process automation bot for my client. It was deployed on Orchestrator and is working perfectly fine. It helped my client in FTE saving and saves their time in hiring the best candidate.

An Innovative and Robust RPA Platform
UiPath Studio is being used by many different departments for its ease of use and the plethora of features. For instance, our HR department has been using UiPath Studio for automating their employee leave management and travel allowance process. Similarly, UiPath Studio is being used by our service desk team at L1 for automating some of the low-priority incidents based on some pre-set conditions. It's also been utilized by our finance department for streamlining and standardizing its payroll process. We make use of UiPath Studio for both attended and unattended automation for achieving front-end and back-end processes. UiPath Studio has considerably helped us to increase overall process efficiency by automating the mundane tasks, leaving us with more time to focus on high-priority tasks.

It is used across the whole organization. It is the RPA tool my company has chosen for being the best RPA option in the Magic Quadrant Gartner 2019. I have not had many business problems. My company uses GSuite instead of Microsoft Office, but UiPath already has a package of activities to work with GSuite in the background with no problems. Many applications already have direct integration with UiPath, which makes automation easier.
