- There are a lot more ways to report on the data than the former system we had.
Great Company but Falls Short on Execution
- Employee can now pickup open shift without us calling them
- Employees can request PTO from the Web and mobile app without email and manual time entry
- We are still constantly struggling and dealing with scheduling employees with multiple jobs
- Without a working business structure automation, we are spending much more time dealing with department and job changes on the business structure

- It is neutral. We enjoy having somewhat of a seamless system between HR, PR, and timekeeping.
- When a person uses the Reset Password link, the system sends the user an email with a link to set their password. Then when the person logs in with their new password, the system forces the user to change their password a second time. This second password change is unnecessary and creates confusion.

UKG Dimensions timekeeping and scheduling are great! HCM could use some improvement here and there. Do Knowledge Map Live before starting implementation.
- There was a ton of brainpower, sweat, and tears put into building out our system. It would have been helpful to have access to Knowledge Map Live to take classes for a few months before starting with our implementation team. We redid a ton of work after the rollout to work better for our organization.
- Saved a ton of time and managing employees with restricted punches, and timekeeping functionality while it compares schedules.
