  • The analytics module should have been part of the original implementation. So now we have to go back and add that to our budget at renewal.
  • There are a lot more ways to report on the data than the former system we had.

  • Employee can now pickup open shift without us calling them
  • Employees can request PTO from the Web and mobile app without email and manual time entry
  • We are still constantly struggling and dealing with scheduling employees with multiple jobs
  • Without a working business structure automation, we are spending much more time dealing with department and job changes on the business structure

  • Have not seen a return on Investment or have been [provided] a tool to measure this metric.raop
  • Positive is the clean fresh feel of the product for the employees
  • Hard to audit changes in the system
  • Lack of database access made it difficult to access data.

  • It is neutral. We enjoy having somewhat of a seamless system between HR, PR, and timekeeping.
  • When a person uses the Reset Password link, the system sends the user an email with a link to set their password. Then when the person logs in with their new password, the system forces the user to change their password a second time. This second password change is unnecessary and creates confusion.

  • Self-service features such as the ability for teammates to edit their own timecards have been a big win for teammates.

  • Positive interactions for our users with [user] requests in Employee Self Service - especially for younger generations.
  • Negative interactions for our users who aren't 'Reports To' managers, but need to act on requests sent by employees. Frustration with the control center filtering tools.

  • There was a ton of brainpower, sweat, and tears put into building out our system. It would have been helpful to have access to Knowledge Map Live to take classes for a few months before starting with our implementation team. We redid a ton of work after the rollout to work better for our organization.
  • Saved a ton of time and managing employees with restricted punches, and timekeeping functionality while it compares schedules.
  • Great reporting capability thorough out the system. Great report customization.
  • Helpful people when a case is opened with a pretty quick response time.
