I recall a ticket I had created, under the belief that I had some time to sort out the issue. I then left to attend an early evening networking event. While on the road, I got a panicked phone call from a manager of my company related to the issue in the ticket. I called the rapid response phone number for UKG, and a rep looked up my ticket and troubleshooted everything over the phone with me as I drove to my destination. Very supportive / helpful!

Provided guidance when we struggled to get required information out of a system we did not have access to and had to rely parent who was also implementing the new system.

Just recently (last week). Our PTO plans were not populating correctly and we were concerned that we had to have it fixed before the deadline of our payroll. The representative assigned to the case was able to get a solutions team member on our case to help us. It was definitely out of the ordinary and a shining example of a representative understanding we had greater needs and he rose to meet those needs for us.

During our implementation, our payroll manager left the business. It was extremely disruptive to our project. The UltiPro implementation team went out of their way to assist us in mitigating the situation and exceeded our expectations in everyway. It was the best experience I've had with a vendor. We no longer view UKG as a vendor but as a partner.

We went live on UltiPro in October of 2015. Our first year end processing was a little hectic and there were several issues that had to be corrected. These were issues that we had run into, and were not the fault of the system, they were user errors. I called the Ultimate Rapid Response line on Christmas Eve at around 11 am, explaining my situation to them. They helped me create the case, assisted me with a step by step review of the issue and realized that the issue was going to need to be reviewed by the development team. At 515 pm, I received a call from the support agent that I was working with on my cell phone. She told me that they had corrected the issue and that I was able to complete our payroll tasks. She offered to stay on the line with me while I ran through my tasks to make sure there were no other issues that came up, which there weren't. I was so thankful that she stayed with me through that time. That is the level of support that I have come to expect from Ultimate each time I call.

During the pandemic, as Congress was passing new laws for FFCRA pay, UKG Pro was ahead of the game and provided plenty of support for the new pay categories and tax filings that were needed. Even as new guidance came from DOL and IRS, UKG updated what was needed and communicated well on what the changes were.

We had a critical issue with a malfunctioned import that we needed to have resolved. Multiple support associates were involved and the case was escalated to high priority. We needed the issue correct within the next week, it only took them two days and they were phenomenal in ensuring we were taken care of and satisfied with the support that we were given

Our Account Manager, Elissa Wenholz, continuously provides exceptional customer service. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we are set up for success. She's worked late multiple times to help us with payroll issues. She knows UKG inside and out - I don't know how she remembers everything. She is invested in our success and you can feel it. She is extremely personable and our team actually looks forward to our calls with her. She is simply outstanding, she's made our learning curve (learning UKG) manageable...we wouldn't be where we are without her. UKG is extremely lucky to have her!

We had an internal security breach with a bad actor adding a suspect direct deposit account to random employees. UKG deployed their security operations center in a heartbeat and provided us with IP addresses used for the malicious activity, dates/times of account changes pertaining to the suspect account, and developed a recognizable pattern to enable us to engage authorities and stop the malicious actor before it grew into a larger ordeal. They saw it through to the end and provided data and files that we didn't even know to ask for!

UKG provided excellent support when we had an issue with PTO balances not showing in employee accounts. The customer support team worked with us through a few troubleshooting exercises to try to determine the root cause of the problem. In order to ensure the issue was resolved quickly for our employees, the UKG team went into the system and did an import reset of PTO for all users.

Just this past week I had an issue with a BI report and opened a case. In no time, I got a call from Shane and he not only helped with fixing the report (which was a feed to a 3rd party vendor), but he also scheduled time to explain the what, the how, and the why of the formula. I used the opportunity to bring up other BI issues I had with other reports and he didn't hesitate to jump on help me resolve them. I was so impressed, I had to send him a Thank you/Well done card.
