We are soooo pleased with the support staff at UKG. They respond so quickly to the tickets. I have never waited more than 3 hours for a "medium" issue and most "high" issues get responded to within an hour. It's amazing. They are so qualified to handle the issues. We couldn't be more pleased. Most companies pass you to support and the relationship dies there. No so with UKG.

UKG has been great to support our needs. I have used the chat feature, email and phone support and have received positive helpful support each time. I prefer the chat support but the feature is not always available when I want to use it. The email has been good to use as an alternative.

If I was only rating support itself that would be a 10. Every support case I have entered has been addressed efficiently and with the desired result. On the implementation and transition to support there were multiple issues that those doing the implementation or transition could not answer or workflows and various settings left undone only to be discovered later. We implemented 3 different modules and the expertise we got for each one varied widely.

The support received varies. In most instances, I have been contacted same day by support to get the issue resolved, but there was one instance where I was not contacted for over a week and then when I was finally contacted, the assistance received was lacking.

Support has not been as good as last year. online chat hardly ever solves a problem and return phone calls on cases takes much longer.

You have to either call in or submit a support request online and wait for a response. This is cumbersome, especially when you are in the middle of something and cannot finish because you have to wait for a return call. Then when you do get the support, and have additional questions, it is another waiting time to try to get an answer from the person who helped and then be suggested to submit a new ticket. On my most recent ticket I waited 5 days for assistance

The Kronos support staff is great! They are all very knowledgeable, are thorough when explaining or showing me how to fix something and very friendly to speak with over the phone. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because there are times when I just want to pick up the phone and ask a quick question but I have to start a case instead. The online help has been very useful because a lot of times I can find the answer to my question on my own.
