It was easy to review at a glance time for a 2 week period. Easy to approve expenses. Although the whole expense report had to be rejected, it was easier for the users to deal with a rejected report as opposed to a rejected line item

It is out of my control. My corporate office could develop a system to combine Tenrox and the in-house system in order to have it all in the same place and no longer be going back and forth between the two. If they create a system that works and can be used by all users in all locations without issues, then we would not be able to use Tenrox any longer.

I am not in charge of renewing the Tenrox contract. However, if it was up to me, I would renew in a heartbeat. Tenrox is an asset to our organization and it keeps us focused. I am not aware of other products similar to Tenrox that provide the depth that they do.

What is Upland PSA?

Upland PSA formerly (Tenrox) is a modular cloud project management, service delivery and billing solution that is designed to support globally dispersed customers and project workers who are operating in multiple remote locations, currencies, tax jurisdictions and time zones. Tenrox automates project requests and approvals, resource scheduling and management, time and expense tracking, and project billing and invoicing. Upland PSA also includes configurable cost and billing rules with full support for time and material, fixed bid, recurring, and milestone-based projects. Also supported are general, requisite features common to most project management software (e.g. document management, skill set allocation, time management, etc).
