I've used other big name solutions before, but Upside's customer service is really what puts them head and shoulders above the rest. I don't worry about getting someone who has no idea what they're doing when I call Upside - whoever I get is going to be able to answer my questions and get my issues sorted out. That's a huge help.

It is well suited for small businesses that do not have administrative support needed to accommodate constant change. The Upside tools can be accessed from anywhere and support can take any issues on to help make the trip successful.

A conference that I was recently at ended earlier than expected. So we wanted to see if it was possible to leave a day earlier to return home. We hopped in a chat with our account rep and asked them to finds us flights that were leaving that same day. The account rep helped us find flights and walked us through the entire process!

With a bit of practice, I have found Upside to be very user friendly. I do wish they would give a bit more warning when they make changes to the website, or if it will be down for the day. A few weeks ago, it was down with no warning or explanation.
