Overall, it's good, but there is room for improvement. I've already mentioned it, but it would be helpful for me as a researcher to have access to IT Administrators using the tool. Also, it would be helpful to have more advanced survey capabilities.

Overall, the tool is very user-friendly and straightforward. I encountered no features or functions that were difficult to navigate. Even when facing issues with sessions, the support team responded quickly, resolving them within minutes. As a designer, I appreciate the aesthetic and user experience of the tool.

It's quite straightforward how to use the platform. It can take a couple of times to get how to set up a test and you will need to play around to find a good audience (with that I'd say it's safer to go for a broader audience if possible). But in general, I never had a problem with the usability of the platform itself.

It's very usable, although sometimes the drag and drop feature for building studies is a little buggy.

It’s easy to understand for any new user. There are helpers everywhere (tooltips etc.) and the onboarding experience was good. The FAQs are great and answer any questions people might have. Our team finds the experience easy and pleasant and we rarely have any issues. We did find the toggle for the Confidentiality Agreement a bit hidden.

There are some minor things that can be difficult to find or use, but mostly the tool is pretty easy to use.

UserTesting is very easy to navigate and onboard new team members too. We also have our product partners on the tool due to this and the ability to set different access levels.

Overall, it's very intuitive to use the platform. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to setting up a test plan. However, when the test plan gets really long, the text boxes all blend into each other, making it difficult to distinguish the question/response types. I suggest visually differentiating question/response types (verbal, written, ranking, etc.) through different colours and/or shapes.

Generally quite intuitive, it's just some question types for screeners and setting the branching logic can be a bit manual and time-consuming.

Easy to use, easy to learn, super intuitive! People who dont have lot of experience leveraging research and testing tools can also learn it pretty quickly and test the designs so quickly! The unmoderated tests require such little intervention and can be launched so quickly and can generate pretty powerful results!

Site navigation isn't the easiest for me personally, differences between each test type hasn't always the clearest in the past, and combining multiple tests into longitudinal studies is very complicated (or impossible).

As a beginner who is just getting familiar with this software, it is very easy for me to set up my own tests. The drag and drop function to add questions/screeners and filters are such a great help to visually create an outline or task flow in UserTesting.

User Testing is very easy to use. You first select the profile of your participants. This is as simple as checking on checkboxes and creating some questions to target the right market and user. You may also just send the tests to your own customers with a simple link. After selecting your audience, you just need to drag and drop the tasks and set them up. You're always guided throughout the process and if you're missing something, the user testing platform will let you know. Really simple stuff.

The video review interface is user-friendly and makes it easy to navigate between different test responses. This helps us quickly analyze and understand the feedback we receive from users.

Really hood and easy to be handle, very intuitive platform and well designed. Anyone can easily learn and have a fast learning curve for this. There's nothing much to say or point out in that terms. I really like and appreciate the tool and their capability. Thank you so much!

There's a little bit of a learning curve, but I've been using them for 10 years so now it's just about getting up to spedd with refinements that they make.

Places where I get confused is 'metrics' verse 'summary'. I like that you can organize the tests into folder. Once you are logged in into the backend, it can be hard to find the UserTesting Community, blogs, and other resources. I wish on the "Workspace" section, under "your test' drafts would also be listed out.

It is really easy to use the platform. There is never a time where it is hard to find something like a feature, a template or a draft or even a test. The interface itself is really clear and intuitive. No matter the viewport, it is responsive and easy to read.

The site is very ease to use to select segments, create and deploy tests, and view results. The feature to review recordings and snip to a “sizzle reel” is an excellent feature to share highlights easily with others in a powerful way and is very simple to use (even for someone without video editing experience/background).

Overall, setting up tests are pretty easy. But navigating around the product with the folders and how to upload the videos in projects can be confusing as well. Also the tagging and reels feature can be improved.

To be honest, for a UXR platform, its usability is not the best. Nothing that would prevent you from doing your job, however small usability issues here and there can get frustrating. Its navigation is weird, I can never return back to where I was, it always goes back to dashboard or something. I also do not like how I cannot read post-test questionnaire answers inside the session.

Pretty hard because the videos needs to be diligently reviewed to make sure the screener worked (the 15% that just test for money and lie about their info get into the test). Then, I have to use excel sheets and pivot tables to bring the data together. It takes a very detailed and tenacious person to get correct insights.

I think UserTesting is easy to use for creating test and screeners. It is easy to access the data and also to navigate, but looking deeper into the data or organizing it into themes could be much better.
