UUKI has become a go-to platform for users looking to manage multiple communities and create private spaces for specific subjects. Users have found that UUKI offers a more flexible and customizable alternative to Facebook groups, which have restrictions and limited reach. With UUKI, users have been able to release niche communities for various objectives such as training, recruitment, and customer support. The speed of deployment and ease of use have been significant factors in users' decision to transition to UUKI for their community needs.

One of the standout features of UUKI is its secure and data-rich environment. Unlike Facebook groups, where data can be lost if the account gets banned, UUKI provides a reliable space for building communities with premium content. Users have appreciated the ability to handle payments, use a custom domain, and have ownership over their data. Additionally, UUKI's management and moderation tools, analytics, monetization options, and sub-forums have helped users better understand and serve their communities.

Furthermore, UUKI's gamification elements like karma, rank, and leaderboard can be customized to fit a brand or community's specific needs. Users have found these features useful for nurturing their communities, engaging customers, increasing retention, and promoting word-of-mouth. The platform also offers various customization options such as choosing a theme that matches the brand identity and using a customized domain name.

Overall, UUKI has provided an easy-to-use online community-building platform that caters to the diverse needs of its users. From creating user-generated content indexed by Google to curating discussions or migrating social media followers, users have found value in the program's user-friendly interface and frequent updates. The supportive and responsive team behind UUKI has further instilled confidence in the product's future. Whether it's for business or personal use, UUKI is seen as an essential tool for building and monetizing thriving communities.

Effective Community Management: Users have praised UUKI's community management features, with several reviewers highlighting the ability to create multiple threads and access permissions. The structured environment and member engagement facilitated by UUKI have been appreciated by users.

Scalability and Customization Options: Reviewers have mentioned that UUKI allows for unlimited members and storage, providing scalability and growth opportunities for communities. Additionally, users appreciate the full control over functionality and white-labeling options offered by UUKI, enabling them to customize the platform according to their specific needs.

User-Friendly Interface and Excellent Support: Multiple users have commended UUKI's user interface for its simplicity and intuitive nature, making it easy to navigate and use. The ease of setup and use has made UUKI accessible to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Furthermore, reviewers have highlighted the wonderful support provided by the UUKI team in addressing queries or issues promptly.

Image Uploading Issues: Some users have experienced difficulties with image uploading, noting that sometimes images wouldn't upload or update correctly. These issues have caused frustration and inconvenience for some reviewers.

Problematic Creation of New Spaces: Users mentioned that creating new spaces was sometimes problematic, as new spaces didn't always get added when creating them. This has led to confusion and inefficiency in organizing work for some customers.

Awkward Scrolling in Text Editor: The text editor was criticized for requiring awkward scrolling and was suggested to be updated to be more user-friendly. This limitation has negatively impacted the editing experience for several users.

Users commonly recommend UUKI for building a community platform and suggest using it instead of social media. They find the user interface sufficient and believe it has the potential to accommodate web3 communities in the future. Users also appreciate the control over the group and the absence of constantly changing rules and algorithms found on social media platforms. It is recommended to have moderators in place and to try out all the features during the trial period.

Users highly suggest using UUKI to create online communities and emphasize the developers' track record for excellence. They recommend UUKI for community/forum SaaS and believe it is worth considering depending on the use case. It is advised to invest time to familiarize oneself with UUKI and join their community. Users also mention that UUKI is a good tool for building and scaling a community, offering great value and a solid platform with speedy development.

Another common recommendation is for those in need of a fully customizable community platform with excellent support.

UUKI is the platform I'm using to manage multiple communities. I've been managing multiple niche photography groups on Facebook, but Facebook groups have certain restrictions and it's getting more difficult to reach members. After comparing multiple alternatives, I've decided to move my largest community to UUKI, as it offers all the features I require at an affordable price, especially compared to its competitors. It allows us to interact, create separate spaces for specific subjects and create private spaces to allow for paid memberships.
  • Community management
  • Member engagement
  • Offering a structured environment
  • Unlimited members
  • Unlimited storage
  • Image uploading, sometimes images won't upload or update.
  • Creating new spaces. Whether it's due to a bug or restriction is unclear to me, but new spaces don't always get added when creating them.
  • Text editor. The text editor sometimes requires awkward scrolling and could use an update to make it more user-friendly.
If you're looking for an affordable alternative to platforms like Circle, UUKI could be a perfect fit. It offers similar functionality for a much more affordable price. No member limit, no storage limits, while still being able to white label your own community. However, be aware that it's still in development. There are certainly some bugs to be fixed and a few updates required to truly compete with the others.

Easy to learn and quickly apply to business or following. UUKI was easy to get started. Was not difficult to understand or integrate. Could bring members on to run it with no issue. Is somewhat limited but that is what keeps it simple. Provides a community that is dedicated and responsive. Many features of the communities keep members engaged. Nothing overwhelming or unnecessary.

We are using UUKI to build a community to engage with our website's audience to discuss various topics around the niche, share our knowledge, and learn from the users. We have plans to build a wider ecosystem around it.

UUKI works well for a basic community. It does not have a lot of features yet as compared to the competitor products, but once they are developed, it can really live up to the expectations. Gamification offered in UUKI can help in boosting engagement. If you want to move your existing community built using Facebook groups to a third-party platform for more features and control, UUKI will probably do a good job. UUKI claims to work for educational course websites, but I'm a little doubtful whether it can really compete with the established products in that space.

I use UUKI to curate a community platform that I am able to steer the direction of without having to worry about the social media overlords changing the rules on me and ruining my business. With UUKI's management & moderation tools, analytics, monetization, and sub forums features, I am able to get a far greater understanding of my community and how I can better serve them. Creating a great platform for online learners and online educators to come together and collaborate on learning. There are also elements of gamification that are already built-in, like karma, rank, and leaderboard. You can name the ranks whatever you like, so it fits your brand. I'm looking forward to evening more gamification to keep members engaged and coming back for more.
  • Easy to setup and use
  • Built in gamification
  • Wonderful Support
  • No app (yet)
UUKI has made it possible for me to plan and build a community that eliminates the gaps left by users who use different social platforms. This has brought all people together under "one roof". I'm in the entertainment/creator niche, and many fans and potential clients typically do not use all the different social media platforms. By creating this community I'm able to engage and provide to them with greater ease.

No longer use it.
  • Looks ok
  • Customer support
  • Fundamental approach to business
  • Keeping promises
Poor company, poor product. Don't provide what they promised on the LTD (full white label). They deny this, but they still use the term "remove branding" on their offer, and on their website, it said "white label" but you have to pay monthly/annual on top of the LTD if you want it fully white labeled. When they announced this, and people were rightly annoyed, their solution was to let people refund. A joke. And they don't listen to customers on basic issues such as how bad the name is. This matters because LTD users need them to have strong MRR and they won't get that with a name like UUKI. But their arrogance knows no bounds. They continue to compare themselves to Circle, which is a joke. Maybe one day, but not now, and not for a long time. And on top of all that, they used my name and avatar to promote the product without my permission, and, even though they did remove it when I complained, they didn't even have the decency to apologize. My advice is to steer clear and find an alternative.

A really cool new community platform where you can easily post your thoughts and ideas to share with other people who are interested in the same things. The best thing about this community is that community members can actually engage with each other and create meaningful conversations about the content posted. In addition to posting your own thoughts, you can also join or create a group to discuss a particular idea. If you're looking for a new place to share and read interesting content, this is it.

Since we're a SaaS platform with a community of 1000+ members in our FB group, we are currently exploring its community capabilities to release niche communities for specific objectives such as training, recruitment & customer support that can be managed with a higher degree of flexibility and better ownership of data.

One of the primary benefits of UUKI is the speed of deployment of the community and the ease of use which is what prompted us to try the platform to make the transition to a private community.
  • Helps set up and launch a community quickly
  • Motivates users to stay active through an embedded gamification module
  • Helps community managers create multiple threads and access permissions
  • UI could be made better.
  • Integrations with other platforms would be helpful to send triggered messages.
  • Options to embed content from a wider set of platforms would help.
  • Option to embed the community inside an app would be even better.
UUKI is best suited for active communities that are sharing ideas, use cases, integration suggestions, product suggestions, etc. It could be a great option to build a product in public by taking inputs from the community members given its flexibility, it would be very unlikely that is less appropriate for any use case, also because the product is evolving quickly.

One of the best options if you want to be ready with your own web 3.0 compatible community. I wanted to have a community of like-minded people concerned about their health and what they eat. I aimed to have a community outside Facebook where I would have full control over things, and I have been very successful.
  • community out side Facebook
  • full control over functionality
  • invite only membership
  • better gamification
  • function of adding HTML games
  • better layout
It's best suited for those who want to have a community but don't wanna be locked in terms and conditions of Facebook. Facebook is lately becoming a place that is overly becoming controlling day by day, and most of the time, what you share is not even reaching 20% of the members of your Community, and UUKI gives you that freedom to have your Community with your CNAME.

I found UUKI after searching for a way to create a community around my content. I need an easy way to build custom discussions that would encourage members to engage with each other and with me, which is exactly what UUKI provides.
  • UUKI is highly customizable and I was able to build a site that matched my style and brand within a couple of hours. No need to hire a developer on my end to create a custom site.
  • UUKI helps my users engage with each other in a variety of ways.
  • The setup of the community is easy for users to follow and promotes the flow of conversation.
  • The UI and white label features need more improvements.
UUKI is a platform that helps you build and manage communities for your brand. Whether you are building a discussion forum, membership site, or a content hub, you need UUKI.

I am able to migrate my social media followers, and subscribers to the UUKI platform as well as advertise products and services.
  • Built in chat rooms
  • White labeling
  • Custom URL/CN
  • Share events
  • Gamification
  • Increase integrations
  • Improve onboarding
  • Still developing software so it will take time
UUKI is well suited for building a community of followers/subscribers similar to Facebook to share news, events, and advertise products and services. It is less appropriate for building business directories.

UUKI is a white-labeled community-building platform. It can be called an alternative to the Facebook group. UUKI is an easy-to-use online community-building platform. • SSO Login with Google, Facebook, and WordPress
  • Community and Space Embedding
  • Help Documentations

I wanted a platform in which I can monetize my content so that the user gets access to the content according to the membership. And personal discussion can also be done with the users. I can do this with the UUKI. And I can also add all my affiliate links in one place.

I use UUKI to create a portal for my community. It helps to create user-generated content that is all indexable by Google and helps to boost my site traffic while being able to create events for my community and being able to promote to them.
  • Live community chat
  • Community
  • Leaderboard
  • Livestream
  • Backend UI
  • Event features
UUKI will only be good if you are looking at growing a community off Facebook/Discord. It requires much more effort to build a community in a new solution but the efforts are much more worth it in the long run.

If you are a coach or a content creator then you can use UUKi to create a community for paid users. If you work for a company and you have a large team, you can even consider this as your social platform where employees can interact socially and things related to work.
  • I am a content creator and social media marketer. When I create courses, I use UUKI as a social media platform so that my users can ask questions and collaborate with other users
  • We'll the UI/UX can definitely have some improvement. The event feature is also something that they can improve on. I know it is not the main feature but I like it and I hope they can develop it more.
Like I said, If you are a coach or a content creator then you can use UUKi to create a community for paid users. If you work for a company and you have a large team, you can even consider this as your social platform where employees can interact socially and things related to work. If you are a member of a church then this community builder can also be used by church members to have an exclusive social media platform. There are actually so many uses depending on your needs.

I love how active and prompt founders are in the community to help users who need their support or help. I use UUKI to build my student community where they can come and ask queries.

The UI needs some serious work, some bit of customisation, adding a HERO, a header, and maybe a payment portal will be helpful. Having a set of tutorials will help catch up easily with the tool and the options. I would love some more analytics. Having an integration with social media, such as, ability to invite Facebook friends to join the community will be helpful.
  • Gamification
  • Simple
  • Community builder
  • Improvement on looks/UI.
  • Training series
  • Integrations
It isn't easy to persuade people to sign-up for a community like this. From the perspective of habit change, people keep doing what they have been doing. Most people are on Facebook or other social media communities. So to bring them to this community and then expect to engage is a lot to ask for.

UUKI is a community platform that combines premium memberships, discussions, events, newsletters, and content under your own brand. You can choose a theme that matches your brand and use a customized domain name. It offers the option to invite members to join your site and to send them emails using custom setups for a completely white-labeled experience. You may think of UUKI as an alternative to Circle, Tribe, Peerboard, Mighty Network, Patreon, and Beam. The key features of UUKI include community management, moderation tools, analytics, forums, feeds, invite-only spaces, anonymous posts, categories, tags, gamification, and monetization. Engage your members by sharing polls, videos, images, and links, and do all of this with moderation. UUKI integrates with various platforms, including VadooTV, Youtube, Vimeo, Facebook, and Twitter. Webhooks, API access, and Radaar and Zapier integrations are available in UUKI. One notable feature is the ability to embed code from other applications and tools inside UUKI posts. In summary, UUKI has many options and features, making it very easy to build a community. I am looking forward to many exciting features on the horizon for UUKI.
  • Customization
  • Speedy Development
  • Embeddable Code
  • Design Layout
  • White-Label Functionality
The platform is ideal for content creators, marketers, course instructors, social group organizers, influencers, and coaches that want to connect with their audience in a private or public space. The platform is fairly new so there are some features that you may have to wait for; however, the development has been very brisk so it is not inconceivable that the missing features would become available soon.

A powerful alternative to community platforms, UUKI is the community platform I was dreaming of. In constant state of improvement, it already offer powerful features such as customization, custom URL/CNAME, ability to virtually be as creative as you wish when posting (text, images, videos, HTML, etc), internal newsletter/emailing system, native community PLUS private chat, ability to connect events and accept registrations, etc. What you get: Privacy, No ads, Safety, total control over how the community functions, and more. Absolutely excellent. If you need a fully customizable community platform with excellent support, then UUKI is the obvious choice as a competitor to Circle, MN, and others.
  • Excellent customization option
  • Excellent support
  • Very generous limits
  • Excellent tech functionality (add scripts, HTML, etc)
  • Internal emailing is still improving
  • Profile pages are still improving
We use it for private groups and teaching. Most excellent if you wish to exist in a non-invasive environment (i.e. FB, etc). However, because UUKI is sto versatile, the sky is the limit in terms of how to use it - from directories, blogging, team content creation, marketing, etc.

I use UUKI to build better relationships between users. The platform acts as a safe place where users can interact and discuss topics, share media, and more. Because cost was a factor, we needed to find something that was still feature-rich but wasn't too cost-prohibitive.

UUKI is great for small-time creators who are trying to build a platform that is their own and wants a more affordable solution. I'm unsure about a large content creator or existing community, as I don't have experience with a community featuring thousands of people.

We want to nurture our community to provide more added value than just our products. This way we show them that we care about their ideas, feelings, and contributions, as we want to build a close tribe of users. UUKI provides an environment where people can exchange ideas, share content, and collaborate on projects. These communities engage customers, increase retention, and increase word-of-mouth. We also feel that this is the easiest way to partner with our clients to build communities together (instead of just a blog, or something like that). We searched, and other options are very limiting or super expensive, UUKI ticks most boxes at a price that we can manage.
  • Spaces, where we set the topis for people to engage in an organized manner
  • Easy to use, it has everything you need, no fluff, very intuitive
  • Great Support, the development team behind really listens to their users, and nurture their own community
  • Some tweaks on UI/UX to make it more polished
  • I would appreciate a better roadmap (instead of a trello board)
  • Allowing translating the string to change the language style to meet the community's style (like Ay mate! for Pirate of the Caribbean fan's community)
Setting up the community is super easy and straightforward. If you go through the setting one by one you can easily have a community ready for prime time in less than half an hour. I think this is what reeled me in, I had tried other community platforms but they were very complex, written in stone, and felt like a lot of maintenance/managing had to go to it. UUKI has a very simple structure and you can set moderation very easily to build and control the community with the help of the community itself, which feels like a glorious circle as it creates more ownership.

I am a big fan of the UUKI Community platform. It's great because it allows you to have more freedom and flexibility when building your community. The program is easy to use, flexible and has a lot of features that help you build relationships with people in your network. I am using and continuously testing the platform for quite some time now. I really love that it's easy to use and has many different features that make it super useful for any kind of social media type community activity. The team behind this product is very active and responsive which makes me feel confident about its future.
  • Highly customizable

UUKI is best for marketers that want to secure their community by minimizing distractions form other social media platforms. It's best for marketers, coaches, teachers, for small to medium sized organizations, company internal social platform. If you are somebody that has been penalized, restricted or worst banned by other platforms for whatever reason, having your owned private community is your way to go. You may use it to create your own community around any subject. You can start with a basic community and develop it into a flourishing one over time. Managing all elements of your community, from members and discussions to creating postings, creating polls, and promoting events is simple with UUKI. Our current community is built on Facebook and it's losing reach daily. With each algorithm update, we are losing reach. With UUKI we hope to fix this. Our members can set up notifications and never miss important updates. Also, the team behind the product is amazing. They are deploying new features and bug fixes quickly.

  • Membership Management
  • A self hosted version would be great
If you wish to move away from Facebook, UUKI is a great alternative. You don't have to worry about the algorithm or losing reach. If you are a blog, you will love the API. Keeping the community in form of a Facebook group is a real nightmare because if the Facebook account will get banned from any random bug of Facebook then we can lose everything we built in the community. And it never gives us the data of members. With UUKI, we can get everything about members and can engage according to our planning.
  • Webhook events
  • Rest API
  • Private Spaces
  • Invite only community
  • Gamification
  • UI needs massive improvements
  • Platform loading speed needs improvements
  • Webhook and API should expand with more data types such as trigger, whenever a user is liking any post, commenting, or posting something. And increasing member's scores for activities in gamification.

We have spammed in our Facebook group and moving to UUKI we are making it both paid and free and most of all filtering the spam away. Moving a community is a very difficult decision because of how easy it is to use Facebook for most. We have seen how other groups have been closed down by Facebook and also risk being hacked away. The open system seems very volatile for us and we have since looking for an alternative and found UUKI. We also try 2 more apps and found that UUKI is the easiest to use, and the best thing is the support rendered by their team.
  • community

  • bugs happen now and then but that also means it is working, we hope that the team can trace the bugs before we track them

Having a community for my following base is a great place or alternative to a Facebook group, where I can have premium content for my membership subscribers, It handles all the payments and I can have it with my own domain by using the name, totally recommend it, happy I got it.
  • Handle community communication
  • Serve as a knowledge base for my followers
  • Restraining content that should be only for community members
  • Design wise it can still improve
  • Onboarding could be way better
The reason for me to use it is to have my own community away from a platform like Facebook and use my own subdomain with a name, this way I can be 100% on top of everything, have way fewer limitations, and also the ability to charge a subscription to be part of the community.
