VanillaSoft is ideal for our business. Everyone in the organization uses it. We make high-volume calls and outbound emails, and VanillaSoft's interface makes it streamlined and effective for day-to-day operations. The administrative options to set up different programs are terrific and allows us to customize as needed. The system makes admin functions a breeze.

For sales outreach automation, VanillaSoft is fantastic. I would highly recommend it as a great tool for both users and administrators. We have been using VanillaSoft for many years, and will continue. Both the Admins and the call team enjoy the streamlined, easy to use, interface and options. It makes our jobs simpler.

It's been so many years since I've used the others, but the VanillaSoft is well above and beyond the two I listed. The ease of functions, flexibility in setup, and the outbound calling and email features are leaps and bounds above the others. I could not see ever going back to the others, we've been so pleased with VanillaSoft.

InsideSales. Replaced it as our primary CRM. We were not pleased with the functionality of the other CRM. We needed a solution that would integrate with our mass outbound calling. The dialer is simpler, setup is simpler, and all admin functions are simpler as well. It was a fantastic choice.

It was very helpful and informative. The learning of the tool is something anyone can do, as the setup is so well thought out.
It was very thorough. VanillaSoft team did not rush us. They explained the various functions clearly and were open to any and all questions we had as we began to learn the system. Also, once training completed, if we encountered anything we could not figure out, the support team was fantastic in helping us out.
Occasionally, members of the call team work on very simple calling projects. There is a tiny amount of training, but then they are ready to proceed.
Personally I think it's just right. I can configure very detailed setups of programs that will best service our clients.
Just take the time to explore admin options. If questions, support will help you out. Once you get a feel for all you can do within VanillaSoft, you will be amazed at the ease of configuring project setups. Specifically, the automated leads option is crucial for us, as well as the customization of call guides and emails.

The entire system is set up so perfectly. It makes training callers much quicker, and admin tools are so easy to navigate when you get used to using it. Also, if there is ever something I cannot figure out, I can get support from VanillaSoft very quickly to resolve and get my task accomplished.

VanillaSoft has been great. The flexibility of the system is wonderful. The scalable software options are impressive as well. I would strongly support VanillaSoft's capabilities in this area. You really can do just about anything to get the setup and or integrations you may desire for your company needs.
It is very rare that we have system issues. Maybe a handful of times over the years, we had to contact support about being unable to access. It was always a quick response from the VanillaSoft team, and they would clearly explain the issue and usually give time frame on fixing, or have it fixed immediately.
I work on all aspects for VanillaSoft for our company. The pages overall do load very quickly. Reports are amazing, I can get quick report, customized reports, and anything I may need to present to client in very little time. It has made my job so much simpler. As far as I know, integration goes smoothly as well.

All I can comment on is the fact that loading/exporting files is such an easy process with VanillaSoft. I love it.
I wasn't the key contact on this phase. However, I was told the VanillaSoft team was great. Always responsive, and we were up and running quickly.
They are always available for support. For urgent needs I can get someone the phone. If I just have a general questions, I can email one of many contacts at VanillaSoft and know that they will respond in a timely manner. I have nothing but positive input on ease of working with them.

We have used VanillaSoft across the entire organization for ten years. It enables us to hire the best employees; monitor marketing campaigns in real time; address marketing issues; and give invaluable feedback to our clients, which enables them to continuously improve campaigns and/or address problems that arise. These campaigns are typically customer events - lunch 'n learns, trade-shows, webinars, meet and greet, and training sessions, to name a few for high tech companies. These campaigns are typically performed in conjunction with an account based marketing approach. Prospects are very targeted upper-level decision makers. VanillaSoft allows us to reach these prospects in a very targeted manner. By using VanillaSoft we achieve a higher level of customer response, which translates to more customer engagement, which in turn generates more sales.
We have found that the ability of VanillaSoft to send a personalized e-mail just before making a personalized phone call gives us a distinctive edge over other telemarketing firms. We get comparable results by leaving a personalized voice message as talking with a live person. These messages drive people to open/review the e-mails which otherwise would save languished in the IN box of a prospect.

It is great for a small company like mine because it's allows for easy scalability - very easy to do. Allows ease of hiring just the number of people that we need from all over the country, so we get the very best at the least cost. We've actually used it to hire internationally - again we can watch the results and address issues immediately - give immediate coaching to improve our results for our clients.
I love the ability to watch calling campaigns as they unfold. Sometimes there are issues that arise which need immediate attention from both my client and myself. Our clients love that we can give detailed feedback to correct a situation or address an issue. Clients are impressed at the level of support we provide to ensure their overall successful campaigns!

Honestly we haven't looked or reviewed any of VanillaSoft's competitors - we have been so pleased with our overall relationship with them. Even though we are a small company - they always have made us feel like we matter and been very responsive to any issues with customers that we have brought to them. We have enjoyed an excellent relationship with VanillaSoft - we have always felt they valued our business and have gone over above to ensure that issues were resolved so that we could add continued value to our clients. This has allowed us to expand our business with existing customers and get additional business from recommendations from with clients!

About eight years ago we had problem with loading large e-mails - developed a work around with the VanillaSoft team for that particular project. The VanillaSoft team then addressed the problem so that we could utilize larger e-mails - never again had the problem - can send any size e-mail!
The VanillaSoft team has provided exceptional support numerous times - always ready to help! One time we had issues with an e-mail our client develop - the VanillaSoft team redid the e-mail so that it could be delivered looking professional to get the results our client was trying to achieve and literally saved the campaign! Another time - the e-mail that the client wanted to send was too large to be loaded so working with the VanillaSoft team helped us create a work around to save the campaign and then addressed the situation so that it was resolved permanently.

VanillaSoft is used by everyone in our company, including bookkeeping. It is a precise tool to keep contacts and appointments organized, plus it's very easy to use. If we didn't have this system, we would not be able to keep with all of the appointments and data we are responsible for.

VanillaSoft is very well suited to our sales department. We are able to keep precise appointment times and data about our clients. We can also collect data in spreadsheet form very easily. The customer service is very responsive and we have never had long periods of downtime from server issues. I would highly recommend VanillaSoft to a colleague.
