We have been using Veeam Backup for AWS for our cloud hosted solutions for the last several years and will continue to do so. The ease of use and available support staff make the learning curve for use nearly flat in our case and having Veeam Backup for on-premise workloads makes the decision easy.

It has worked well so far and there have been no failed backups or restorations. Overall the product performs well but this might be because we only use AWS buckets and there is not much complexity/trivial requirements.

There are intentions to renew Veeam backup. the reasons are pretty straightforward and self-explanatory. Veeam PM provides best backup solution which can be explored from the answers to other questions. other obvious reason, moving from one platform to other platform is expensive exercise plus it's a time consuming exercise. So till the time Veeam costs and the features are in line with enterprise expectation well good

Gave this rating as the product is an excellent tool to backup AWS for peace of mind and to diversify risk for our business.
We also believe the product does what it does and is worth the value that we pay to have the backup installed for AWS as we have instances that have failed and Veeam was there to help us restore.
