Veeam is fairly simple in terms of how it is set up; its not an overly-complicated dashboard that can be intimidating to less technically-inclined users. Veeam also offers good instructional videos to help users work through how to do specific functions. I appreciate that they have specific video tutorials rather than having users scroll through a cumbersome manual.

We've been using Veeam Backup & Replication for several years in our organization, and we perform backups in all of our environments every night. It’s one of the simplest yet effective and reliable solutions in the market for the backup segment. You can check out the free Veeam agent, so you can get an idea of the full product.

If you are familiar with most Windows software UIs, there should be no issue learning Veeam. Even better if you're already familiar with backup strategies, &c., since all of that is integrated and possible. I doubt my grandmother could use it, but she's not the target audience. If you've been in IT for a bit, this is very usable.
