Managing our recruitment process end to end including video, sharing files with clients. We have customized the workflow to suit our recruitment process. It saves me an admin assistant. We utilize the automated workflow and customer experience. All our jobs are customized to suit the client this is easy to do using the back-end system.

Pros

  • The help chat is very quick to respond and take suggestions and assist until the problem is resolved.
  • The platform is very customizable. With emails you want to auto send to applicants.
  • There is no need to create a log in for users. From the administrators to the applicants, everything is easy to use and based on a clickable link.

Cons

  • Our HR department would like VidCruiter to have a texting function so we can use that as another point of communication.
  • The ability to select different lengths of time slots for live interviews.

  • Their ability to take over functions so you are only worried about the big picture items.
  • Ease of use of the platform!

  • Decreasing the amount of features on the platform for new users.
  • Creating a streamline approach for backend usability.
  • Single account managers to life-time of the contract terms.
  • Creation of fluid training materials (outside of videos) for client understand.
  • Continuous check-ins.

Excellent product-- even better customer service!

Pros

  • Ability to edit and change rubrics as needed within a video
  • Easy to use and understand
  • Their customer service is superb

Cons

  • The integration to our ATS was a little slow (and still not up yet although I think the last stretch is on our end)

  • Being able to duplicate interviews and then use new ones
  • Easy way to save and archive (very customizable, too)
