There is no software to download: it is accessed through an extension in your Chrome browser. I don't know if it is available on any other browsers. I use Chrome on all of my computers: it works on a PC and Chromebook. I use the same profile so I can access everything regardless of which computer I am using.

This score is for the full-blown marketing enterprise product. Simple enough to integrate with HubSpot. We needed a bit of help (that was provided) in setting up some more technical aspects. Not 100% self service.

For the free tool, and the paid 'sales' tools, 10 out of 10.

I am not sure if there is anything additional outside of installing the Chrome extension. That process in itself is relatively simple to do and is complete within about 5 minutes and ready to use. If there are other integrations, those are ones I am not aware of and can't speak to.

It couldn't be easier to embed videos on the website and even embed animated thumbnails in emails. Setting up the landing page for our video with our color scheme and logo was simple. Uploading videos is fast and anyone can do it.

I use this product frequently with HubSpot, which makes it easy to record and embed video content on any page of ours with a video content module. I also frequently access Vidyard using the Chrome plugin. which makes it easy to find and accessible at all times throughout my workflow.

Integration is super easy as far as integrating a Vidyard video into a website. I haven't gotten into this much so far in my review, but Vidyard is also super powerful in that you can track how long users watch videos, set up CTAs or gates at certain points in the video, etc. Super useful data and functionality.

As far as integration into our company's software stack, it's been pretty quick and easy as well. We are still trying to push more usage overall, but because of the ease of use for Vidyard video creation and sharing, we've been able to integrate pretty seamlessly into most everyone at the company using vidyard at least a few times per week, and some several times daily.

Connected with Gmail and SalesLoft seamlessly, although, at times, when trying to share video with other sales reps that you have completed, they have trouble clicking thru them without messing up your cookies, still trying to find a good way to share them without creating that notification and messing up the tracking.

  • For a HubSpot user, it's really easy.
  • I'd like to see better integration into Microsoft Outlook for Mac.
  • The Post-Sales integration team could be a little bit better connected. I felt like I was handed off to somebody after the sales process was over, and I wish it was the same person for the salesperson was more involved.

Very easy to set up: I don't recall this taking much time at all. It also integrates with HubSpot CMS so adding videos to our content is easy. However, I think you have to buy a more expensive package for it to integrate with the CRM, which would make the entire experience seamless.

The team was fairly helpful, although one of our managers had to do a lot of the video locating and uploading herself. This was something the Vidyard team had said they would handle, but that didn't happen that way. The trainer did a good job, she was very easy to talk to and had a teaching background so that she was able to convert lessons well.

Vidyard is very easy to use. I love the Chrome add-on. There's also an add-on widget for Outlook. The manager has good visibility and access into their team's videos and can review videos easily. Creating a video is as simple as click, count from 3 to 1, and record. The audio and video quality are also nice and the embedded version of the video in the email is useful!
