Viewpoint HR Management™ aims to give construction organizations the ability to better manage field and office employees through efficient processes – taking the burden off HR teams.

Employee Self-Service Portal
Employees can enter data on their own so HR doesn't have to. Employees can enter:
  • Schedule time off
  • Review training material
  • View and sign documents
  • Access tax information
  • View paycheck history
  • Update direct deposit information
  • Review and change benefit information
Paystub Tools
Personnel can view paycheck information digitally. Office staff and field workers can view paystubs, timecards, 1095C, W-2s or T-4s and set up direct deposit all without having to change the payroll process.

Expense Management
Vista users can capture and submit expenses online—in the field or on the go. By attach photos of receipts from a mobile device Vista lets users have them approved with one click. Credit card expenses can also be reconciled so as to improve expense workflow. Users can code Job, GL, Equipment and work order accounts directly with Vista.

Integrated Onboarding for Construction
