A fantastic end-to-end people analytics solution!
Visier People simplifies and automates the most time consuming parts of the people analytic processes. The unique thing about Visier is that it makes things easier for many departments in the company including the IT, finance and the HR departments mainly. It also helps team leaders and department managers like us with guided insights, predictive analytics, data exploration capabilities with the use of AI which assists us with scaling and benchmarking the team we manage. Visier helps the IT department by providing pre built analytics, security and scalability and seamless integration. Therefore with considering all these aspects it is proven that Visier stacks up against all the other software in the market.

Manage Business Applications
The one downside of ADP, would be the enhancements that they do. The last couple that have been rolled out have not provided the service that they expected- leading to functions within ADP not working correctly or not working at all.

Great software for Workforce Planning!
Our business has experimented with the use of Skedulo, but it has not stacked up against Visier People, as we don't get the luxury of the nicely recorded data that Visier People gives us. We have been able to record important information day-to-day due to the use of Visier People - Skedulo just didn't compete.

HR Management to boost efficiency.
We worked with Lattice before Visier and their focus was more in the organizational charts and providing clarity on the chain of command.
Visier is more focused on the roles and tasks and is better prepared for more flexible and agile organizations. It's a more complete tool and better equipped in terms of data and insights.

Visier People has their biggest benefit in their analytics capabilities when compared to CompAnalyst. The customizable dashboard with the insights can help managers and HR partners track their workforce. In CompAnalyst such features are not customizable and are limited to certain insights. Visier people works fine in data integration and is able to migrate most of the data from the legacy system compared to CompAnalyst.

Clearly determine the weaknesses of the company
We have considered other software that can analyze the performance of each employee but they have never been as accurate as Visier has been, this platform is very detailed and there is no problem in understanding the data since all the information is clear and precise. Visier has proven to be the best tool to be able to measure the workforce without having any confusion when it comes to showing the final results of the possible mis-optimization failures that the company may have.
Oracle HCM, Workday HCM, and PeopleSoft are more comprehensive and most suited for large organizations, while Visier is more suited for smaller organizations. Visier is also well suited as an add-on to existing ERP/HRMS/HCM solutions. Visier takes more effort and IT resources to get it up and running compared to Oracle, Workday, or PeopleSoft.

Visier makes it SO MUCH EASIER to put power in the hands of end users. I could also never build the incredible analysis tools like Movement Summaries and Drivers Charts like Visier has. Visier takes so much data management pressure off so all you have to worry about is end users.

If you love your company, consider Visier.
Our company started with a shotgun approach and I personally evaluated over 20 different vendors. The first thing I noticed about Visier is their responsiveness and curiosity. They asked smart questions that spoke to what our company was trying to achieve. The vendor relationship is not a one-and-done and the culture of the Visier company and team was an excellent fit with our own culture. For the product demo, our business requirements were purposely vague to elicit conversation. Visier was the only company that reached out to dig into our business environment needs and identified where data conversations are uncomfortable with our culture. Our data environment is going through a major overhaul, so flexibility was paramount. The way that Visier collects and manages data works exceptionally well with our changing environment. Lastly, the Visier tool was head and shoulders above the competition. Their predictive analytics don't rely on simple linear regression, the visualizations are prebuilt and customizable and the application works for all levels of the business, with no analytical acumen required.

Visier - year one in review
Prism is awesome, and JPL did procure Prism recently to supplement our core Workday HCM. However, Prism is not analytics. It can help you GET to analytics (if you're willing and able to build it) because Prism is basically an ETL tool that works specifically with your Workday HCM environment. It will not come with out of the box reporting or predictive analytics. Visier both enables data to be combined AND has analytics on day 1.

Visualize Amazing Human Capital
As a SaaS solution focused specifically on human capital analytics, Visier has allowed us to rapidly deploy our key metrics and analytics in a shorter amount of time than would have been possible with another vendor. Additionally, as Visier owns the infrastructure, this solution was cheaper from both an infrastructure and staffing perspective than the alternatives.
