What is VisiQuate?
VisiQuate’s revenue cycle management and analytics solutions lets healthcare organizations explore complex data from multiple sources to gain insights and create actionable workflows. This helps clients improve yield, optimize cost efficiencies, and improve the quality and velocity of decision making. Ana, VisiQuate’s cognitive learning platform and interactive, automated data assistant, provides proactive alerts and uses natural language chats that are powered by AI, ML, and informed by crowdsourced data.
To achieve this, VisiQuate includes a data integration studio, a business analytics engine, a visual operating system, and a work intelligence solution. Also, they offer an optional delivery "Sandbox as a Service" delivery model. And they are all tied together by the Harmoni platform, which is the totality of VisiQuate's software components, integrated. Individually, these components include:
Concerto – A visual operating system
Concerto pulls a user’s business information together into a unified user interface. It has been designed to deliver more of a retail vs. a corporate experience. Its interface delivers sophisticated enterprise-level information with the goal of being as simple and easy to navigate as a mobile app. And, its automated data analyst, Ana, works with Concerto and is designed to be as natural as texting to a friend.

Numero - A business analytics engine
Numero helps users identify key outliers in their data and distribute the right actionable information to the right people throughout the enterprise. And Numero goes beyond identifying current trouble spots. It has predictive analytics capabilities that take users through a guided experience that uses historical data to identify future potential problems. Users navigate through scorecards, dashboards, key performance indicators, critical success factors, and other key reporting features. They can zoom from high-level KPI’s down to fine-grain transaction detail; from the corner office view to the view from any cubicle.
Flo – Advanced business process worklisting
Flo makes the meaningful actions to take more clear. Flo works with VisiQuate solutions and is part of the technology offering at the Platinum and Diamond Levels. There are prescriptive worklists that drive structured, prioritized activities. There are dynamic worklists that make each user the CEO of their own portfolio. And there is closed loop business process automation to improve productivity. Every part of this solution is based on VisiQuate's revenue cycle experience.
Maestro – Sandbox as a service
Maestro is a Big Data Sandbox: a fully managed, virtualized, secure cloud virtual environment for conducting a data discovery project, or exploring a specific use case, designed to meet the user's specifications. Users can take advantage of best practices in big data by using Hadoop, HortonWorks, Cloudera, MapR and many other BD tools and technologies. Maestro includes a full menu of engagement options where the user is not left to figure out anything alone. Every Maestro engagement comes with a pre-packaged bundle of hours that includes help from VisiQuate’s subject matter experts, data engineers and visual scientists.
Sonata data integration studio
Every business day, enterprises generate massive amounts of data from their ERP, HIS, third-party data, social media streams, and machine-generated sets. And unless all that disparate data is integrated onto one single platform, there will always be multiple versions of the truth flying around uncontrollably. So every night, VisiQuate's data engineers integrate this disparate data onto one common platform, where it can be transformed by a business analytics engine. A decade ago, data integration called for highly specialized skills, but as the Internet of Things (IoT) continues to grow, that is more the case than ever. With billions of devices generating data, from wireless glucose monitors to biometric locks to GPS locators, it becomes even clearer that data integration is not DIY.
