Visual Planning has proven to be a valuable tool for different businesses, solving various scheduling and task management issues. With its intuitive interface, users can easily assign tasks to different teams, color-code them, mark them as complete and make real-time updates. Visual Planning has streamlined different processes, enabling teams to operate more efficiently and communicate more effectively.
One of the key benefits of Visual Planning is its ability to provide useful insights into data, making it easier for users to identify trends and plan proactively. This software has replaced numerous other tools such as SharePoint sites, Excel spreadsheets and Access databases, providing a single platform with multi-user access that makes managing everything a lot easier in one place. The drag-and-drop functionality has been quickly adopted by production teams, helping them keep up-to-date with their production plan in real-time and assess delay impact upon tight delivery schedules. Overall, Visual Planning helps businesses operate efficiently with an easy-to-use interface for scheduling tasks that everyone in the team can understand.
User-Friendly: Visual Planning is very user-friendly, according to many reviewers. Users appreciated how easy it was to navigate the software and create customized views and displays. The drag and drop features, along with extensive filter options, also make resource management more efficient.
Flexible Customization: Many users praised the software's highly flexible and customizable nature. They can easily modify and change things while seeing the implications, which saves a lot of time. This feature makes it easier for users to handle complex scheduling requirements as well as powerful linking and data relationships.
Visual Presentation Breakdown: Reviewers noted that Visual Planning has a great visual display breakdown that allows them to see all necessary information in one place. It helps boost productivity by providing a clear view into daily planning, allowing employees to have something concrete when wondering what to do next.
Customization Level: Some users find the software's high customization level difficult to navigate, limiting their ability to appreciate all of its capabilities.
Slow Performance: Multiple reviewers have reported that Visual Planning can be slow and glitchy at times, particularly when there are a lot of constraints or when using VPdesk to connect to the server.
Price Point: A concern for some users is the pricing of the product. They feel that they cannot use many features due to the price point.
