Vivaldi is a versatile browser that has gained popularity among users for its various use cases. Users have found Vivaldi to be safe, secure, and efficient in testing website compatibility. Its fast and reliable performance allows for seamless browsing and increased productivity. The multi-window feature enables users to compare information from different websites efficiently. Additionally, Vivaldi's well-organized and user-friendly interface enhances work efficiency.

One of the key benefits of using Vivaldi is the ability to keep work information and browsing data separate from personal ones, ensuring privacy and avoiding unwanted tracking. The browser also offers extensive customization options, allowing users to personalize their experience according to their preferences. Furthermore, Vivaldi runs smoothly on low-spec laptops and older computers without freezing or lagging, making it accessible for users with varying hardware capabilities.

The convenience of syncing devices and accessing data and bookmarks on mobile devices is another valuable use case for Vivaldi users. In addition to its performance advantages, Vivaldi consumes fewer CPU resources and memory compared to other browsers such as Chrome.

For professionals in web development, Vivaldi serves as a backup browser for testing purposes and experimenting with workspaces. It also offers additional applications within the browser itself, such as mail and calendar tabs. The inbuilt calendar app in Vivaldi provides a seamless experience for scheduling events and managing multiple calendars. With features like easy sharing of invites and tracking completed tasks, Vivaldi's calendar feature proves useful in professional settings.

Overall, Vivaldi caters to a wide range of user needs, providing a reliable browsing experience with enhanced privacy features, customization options, and additional applications within the browser itself.

Reduced Memory Consumption and Intelligent CPU Throttling: Users appreciate the reduced memory consumption and intelligent CPU throttling of Vivaldi, as it allows them to browse the web seamlessly even with demanding workloads. Many reviewers have stated that this feature has significantly improved their browsing experience.

Tab Stacking: The tab stacking feature of Vivaldi is highly praised by users for its innovative nature, making it easier for them to manage multiple tabs efficiently. Numerous users have mentioned that this feature helps them stay organized and improves their productivity while browsing.

Complete Customizable Control: Users value the complete customizable control that Vivaldi offers in terms of the browser's look and feel. From customizing the way tabs are displayed to having picture-in-picture browsers in various aspect ratios, reviewers find this level of customization fantastic. This versatility makes Vivaldi adaptable to any person or IT professional's needs.

Missing Standalone Mobile Browser: Some users have expressed frustration over the lack of a standalone mobile browser app for Vivaldi. This has led to inconvenience for those who prefer using Vivaldi on their mobile devices. Limited Comprehensive and Stability in Beta Version: Several reviewers have mentioned that the beta version of Vivaldi on Android may not be as comprehensive or stable as other mobile browsers currently available in the market. This has resulted in some users experiencing issues and limitations while using the beta version.

Overwhelming Number of Options: A common concern raised by users is that when they first start using Vivaldi, they find it overwhelming due to the numerous options available. Although they acknowledge that over time they were able to learn everything they needed to know, this initial complexity can be off-putting for some users.

Users have made several recommendations for Vivaldi as an alternative browser to Chrome and other popular browsers. Firstly, users suggest using Vivaldi as a secondary browser for keeping personal and work use separate, allowing distinct browsing histories and settings for different accounts or purposes. Secondly, users advise customizing Vivaldi to enhance the browsing experience, with options available for personalizing the interface, tab management, and shortcuts. Lastly, some users recommend Vivaldi over Chrome specifically when facing issues with excessive background processes, noting improved performance and reduced resource consumption in such situations. It's worth mentioning that although Vivaldi may not be as widely used as Firefox, Chrome, or Edge, it still delivers as a reliable and feature-rich browser according to user feedback.

Vivaldi is an extremely secure browser with an inbuilt calendar app that provides us with a seamless experience for scheduling events. We can have multiple calendars as per our needs. It's easy to share invites with people. A particular event can be treated as a task so that we can keep track of completed and pending tasks.
  • Multiple calendar management.
  • User friendly User Interface.
  • Events can be added with just a few clicks.
  • They can show region-specific holidays in their calendar.
  • They can integrate it with video call software like Zoom to instantly add call link.
  • Could integrate with booking apps like tidycal to check other people are available or not.
It's very easy to schedule events where we can set the agenda in advance and add events as tasks so that we can track the progress.

It can be integrated with products like tidycal to check booking time, messaging software like MS Teams, Slack and video call software like Zoom for a seamless experience.
  • It's fast to schedule events as it is integrated in browser.
  • It's very safe.
  • Being able to manage multiple team-specific calendars gives added clarity to events.
Since Vivaldi has a calendar built-in in the browser only so it is very efficient to add new events and edit already scheduled events, We can manage multiple calendars as per our needs without added complexity because it has a user-friendly user interface, events can be defined as tasks so that we can track progress on the projects.

First of all, we use Vivaldi as an alternative application in our workplace. Vivaldi can offer you more than a simple internet browser. Externally, you can use applications such as mail and calendar from the tabs in the browser. In particular, you can add different calendars (Google Calendar, etc) to the calendar tab. Vivaldi generally strives to make everything more accessible to you.
  • İnternet browser
  • Built-in calender
  • Built-in mail client
  • View multiple web pages
  • Interface design
  • Built-in VPN
Vivaldi offers customization support in many subjects. If you are looking for something beyond what you already use, Vivaldi can be a good alternative for you. It may not be at a Chrome level in terms of performance, but if you are looking for an internet browser and tools that you can manage the details of, it is useful to have a look. In general, Vivaldi is an application that does everything adequately. It does not have a built-in VPN. But internally it offers mail, calendar, translation, and manageable tools (tab groups, etc).
  • Improves time management
  • Can separate business and personal use
  • To be able to make plans about your work on the calendar. (Meeting, work list etc).
