Google Data Studio has several problems with modifying data and the way we collect data is very basic and can be outdated sometimes. The visualizations are limited and the formatting is very restrictive. VizualSurvey is much better with data visualization and survey mechanisms where people respond better and we get a higher response rate.

Over time, our company has collected an immense amount of information from our customers to help our company grow in the right direction. However, our company's vast amount of data from customer feedback surveys were scattered throughout endless pages of Microsoft Excel, making data recall, or even visualization, quite a daunting task.
  • Being able to visualize our data gives us better insight into what works, and what doesn't
  • Allows us to create dashboards branded specifically to our individual clients
  • Super fast learning curve, easy to get everyone on board
  • Sometimes it can be difficult to save your creations in the correct locations
  • While visually attractive, some screens can be overly busy
  • Templates are rarely relevant, expect to create your own dashboards every time
VizualSurvey helps us with our very specific need to create custom dashboards for each individual client based on their business with our company. We survive based on our customer's feedback, and being able to organize this feedback into easy read, and understand data, gives us the ability to ensure our company grows in the direction of success.

Can be hard to use at times but overall great software. You can use and integrate with lots of platforms. They have lots of guides for first-time users which helps when you are new to the software. The price point is high but if you run multiple surveys all the time, it is worth it.
