Pros

  • Manages payroll
  • Maintains employee data--addresses, contact info, etc.

Cons

  • The data is not quite as robust as other providers
  • It does not integrate with employee healthcare systems

Pros

  • Cheap cost
  • Helpful staff
  • Highly accurate in payroll processing

Cons

  • Reports need to be improve. You cannot customize your preferred report. Thus, manual reporting happens at times. But you can't complain on the cost.
  • Flexibility on late notice of payroll processing. Lowering additional fees could help us.
  • Need to ask clients for feedback on the use of system.
